Booking Service and Management Charges effective 1 January 2023

Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me, your personal travel manager.

What is a Travel Management Fee?

A travel management fee covers the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangements, from consultation, booking progression, collation and delivery of travel documents. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service.

This is payable at the time of your initial consultation.

If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.

Service Fee (incl GST)

• Itinerary Planning and Travel Management – $100 per person/ $200 per family (payable upfront)
• Airline booking service and management – Domestic Travel $55 per person $150 for 4 or more passengers
• Airline booking service and management – Trans Tasman Travel $55 per person $150 for 4 or more passengers
• Airline booking service and management – International Travel $100 per person
• Voluntary changes to airline reservations (after tickets have been issued) – $55 per person per change, in addition to airline charges
• Amendment fees: $55 per change (land arrangements)
• Booking Cancellation – $55 per hour – to process cancellation of bookings
• Refund Processing Fee -$55 per hour. Min 1 hour
• Visa Processing Fee – $55 per visa
• Travel insurance claim preparation where insurance not purchased with TravelManagers- $150 per claim

Cancellation fees: If cancelling for any reason, in addition to supplier* charges advised at time of booking, all commissions, deposits, booking and service fees are non-refundable.

The travel management fees outlined above may be applied with discretion to your booking.

We reserve the right to pass on any other ad-hoc fees as charged by airlines or suppliers.
*Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements

Any fees from airlines & suppliers including amendment fees, cancellation fees or fare increases are additional to the above.
All deposits, fees and commissions are non-refundable
