TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROMOTION – WEDDING EXPO AUSTRALIA PRIZE

1. The Promoter is: Personal Travel Manager Elyse Palmer from Travel Managers Australia trading under TravelManagers Australia (ABN 35 113 084 626) of registered office address: National Partnership Office PO Box 20769, World Square NSW, 2002, Australia and Kylie Wilson from Arrival Marriages Departures of registered office address: Level 10, 338 Pitt Street SYDNEY NSW 2000. The above-mentioned companies will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoters.’
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To enter the competition an entrant must

– Attend Wedding Expo Australia and visit the Promoters stand at

1. i) Novotel North Beach Wollongong | Sunday 18^th June 2023 and/or
2. ii) Sydney Showground | Sunday 6^th August 2023

– Subscribe to Elyse Palmer TravelManagers newsletter

– Follow Elyse Palmer TravelManagers on Facebook and/or Instagram

– Follow Kylie Wilson Arrival Marriages Departures on Facebook and / or Instagram

– Complete the entry form at the Wedding Expo Australia with full name, address, telephone, email, date of the wedding, dream honeymoon location and include 3 words to describe their dream wedding

4. Entries will be collated together from both expos. Closing date for entry will be 4pm (AEDT) 10th September 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason and/if the above entry criteria is not met
6. Entrants must meet all requirements list in term 3 above. Each entrant will receive one entry into the draw. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

• $500 TravelManagers travel voucher – minimum spend $7,000.00. Valid for land and air bookings only. The voucher can not be used as a deposit payment and can only be redeemed from the final balance. Bookings must be made with Elyse Palmer Travel Managers Australia and not valid with any other travel agent or agency. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Expiry date must be redeemed by 16^th June 2024. If the package valid is under $7,000.00 the voucher cannot be used towards the total. TravelManagers gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash. TravelManagers is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. TravelManagers gift vouchers must be used in one transaction and cannot be split between multiple bookings. The value of the gift voucher is in Australian dollars. All bookings and travel are subject to Travel Managers Australia booking conditions. Vouchers can only be redeemed on new bookings and can not be applied to existing bookings.

• $500 Viva Holidays travel voucher – Viva Holidays gift voucher must be used in conjunction with a land & air booking, minimum spend $7,000.0, made with Elyse Palmer – Travelmanagers Australia and is not valid with any other travel agency. Viva Holidays gift voucher must be used for Viva Holidays Land Product. Viva Holidays gift voucher is valid until 16/06/2024.  Viva Holidays gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash. Viva Holidays are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. Viva Holidays gift vouchers must be used in one transaction and cannot be split between multiple bookings. Any FBT implications are the responsibility of the winning agency. The value of the gift voucher is in Australian dollars. All bookings and travel are subject to Travel Managers Australia Viva Holidays booking conditions. Vouchers can only be redeemed on new bookings and can not be applied to existing bookings.

• A Legal Wedding Ceremony conducted by Kylie Wilson Arrivals Marriages and Departures. Prize is valued at $1050. Wedding Ceremony service must be conducted is valid for wedding services 1 year from the date of issue. The ceremony must be redeemed by 13^th August 2024.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Travel voucher is valid and must be redeemed by 16^th June 2024. Wedding Ceremony service is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The ceremony must be redeemed by 10th September 2024. No extensions permitted. Vouchers can only be redeemed on new bookings and can not be applied to existing bookings.
10. The winner will be drawn at random by Elyse Palmer and Kylie Wilson.
11. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the closing date – 10th September 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The Promoter will notify the winner and either
13. i) Meet the winner in person to deliver the prize voucher,

ii} Post the prize voucher to their residential address

iii) Email the prize voucher to their personal email address

If the prize is emailed or posted, we request that the winner takes a photo with the voucher and shares it with the Promoter to be used on their website and social media platforms

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. The winner’s name will be published on our website and social media pages (FaceBook) and Instagram)
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
