To enhance your customer experience your details will be shared and stored with our online booking provider Studio Ninja. In the unlikely event that Studio Ninja’s platform is compromised, Cassie Bedford from Bedford Photography, Kylie Wilson from Arrivals, Marriages & Departures and Elyse Palmer from Travel Manages Australia take no responsibility.
Refund Policy:
Booking Fee’s are non-refundable. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the marriage being solemnised. In any event of cancellation any moneys paid within three month of the wedding date, according to the signed NOIM application form, are forfeited.
Booking Fee’s are non-refundable due to cancelations that are out of our control due to natural disasters and pandemics. In these circumstances, if you decide to postpone rather then cancel your package, we will roll your package over to a new date based on availability for no additional charge. Under our postponement policy, your package is to be used within
12 months of the date you postponed (otherwise an additional surcharge may incur).
Should your ceremony date be rescheduled or postponed more than once, an administration fee of 10%, of the total ceremony fee, may be charged for each reschedule.
Ceremony Location:
Any Park Bookings/Fee’s are to be arranged directly by the Marrying Parties with the local council. Any fee’s charged by the Council/Venue for Photography use are to be paid directly by the marrying Parties. If the ceremony is to take place at an agreed venue. All location/venue bookings are to be made by the Marrying Parties, directly with the Venue. Any costs incurred by the venue are to be paid by the marrying Parties.
Travel Fee:
A travel fee of $55 per hour will be charged for each professional, Celebrant and Photographer for weddings outside the Sydney Metropolitan area.

I DO package is for a duration of 2 hours only (inclusive of Ceremony and Photography), unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any additional time required by The Parties may incur an additional fee.

Travel to your wedding ceremony
*Please check at consultation as additional charges may apply * Suitable at home, public garden, beach, park, or Wedding Venue to celebrate with your family and friends. *You have the option to add your own vows* Policies and Procedures Marriage Act and Regulations: The celebrant strictly abides by all conditions of the Marriage Act and Regulations at all times.
Code of Practice: The celebrant strictly abides by all conditions of the Code of Practice at all times.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation the booking fee is non-refundable. If the ceremony is cancelled 30 days out from the date of ceremony, payment is due in full. If the celebrant feels that the clients do not understand what they are entering, the celebrant may cancel the service at anytime. A refund may be offered at the celebrants’ discretion in unforeseen circumstances.
WHS Policy: The celebrant is not obliged to carry out a ceremony in unsafe conditions. The service can be cancelled at any time if a guest, professional or bridal party member is at risk of being harmed or injured. Kylie Wilson accepts no responsibility or liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by all parties including: the behaviour of children or adult guests at the ceremony. The supervision of children attending the ceremony is a matter for the parent/s or carer/s of the children in question. The behaviour of adult guests is the client’s responsibility.
Antidiscrimination Policy: The celebrant abides by the discrimination laws of Australia.
Privacy Policy: The celebrant strictly abides by the Privacy Act to always ensure the utmost respect to client’s privacy and information.
Client information will be kept on file in a secure location or returned to the Marriage Celebrants Section for the duration of 6 years.

Images & Copyrights:
Cassie Bedford from Bedford Photography has copyright to use your images for reproduction or adaptations thereof, in whole or in part, alone or in composite or altered form, or in conjunction with any wording or other photographs or drawings, for advertising, publicity, editorial or any other purpose including use at wedding exhibitions, magazines and on the Internet and World Wide Web or transmission by any other electronic means. If the Couple prefer not to have their images used for marketing, they need to let Cassie Bedford know in writing.
The copyright is extended to the Couple, where they have license to use the photographs for their own non commercial purposes, such as printing and sharing the images with family and friends.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to provide the Couple with the agreed upon photography services and/or products because of illness, injury, death, fire, crime, mechanical breakdown or accident or any other cause, Cassie Bedford from Bedford Photography will find a replacement photographer to carry out the agreed photography services.
In the unlikely event that Cassie Bedford from Bedford Photography is unable to assign another photographer to fulfil the agreed photography services, the maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the Couple for photography services.
Limit of Liability: PHOTOGRAPHER’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY COUPLE FOR THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PHOTOGRAPHER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF CLIENT INFORMS PHOTOGRAPHER OF CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WOULD GIVE RISE TO SUCH DAMAGES.
In the event that images maybe lost, stolen, corrupt or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control, liability is limited to the return of fees paid for services according to the percentage of images supplied.
Cassie from Bedford Photography cannot be held responsible for lack of images due to extreme lateness by the Couple, lateness of hair and make up artist, wet weather, hot weather, church restrictions, individuals refusing photos, individuals not being present when required or any other principals to the day’s events.
Couple hereby acknowledges that Bedford Photography may be limited by the guidelines or rules of the official performing the ceremony or the venue, and to hold Bedford Photography harmless for the impact such restrictions may have on the final product.
Package Inclusions: All packages include high resolution images in both colour and black and white, presented to the couple online via their password protected client gallery.
Couples Online Gallery: Access to the gallery will be given to the Couple within 6-8 weeks after their wedding. Gallery access is available for 12 months where the couple have the opportunity to download all their high resolution images. After this 12 month period the couple have the option to renew their subscription to their gallery at a charge of $35 per year.
Protection of Deliverables/Retention of Files: Bedford photography will take all reasonable steps to protect the images that are recorded at the Event until such time as the images are delivered to Couple. Once the images have been delivered, Bedford Photography has no further obligation to preserve the images of the Event, regardless of the form of media in which they are stored.
Term: This Contract for wedding photography services becomes effective and binding from the date the Photographer receives a signed copy and a cleared booking fee from the Couple. This contract will terminate upon Bedford Photography’s delivery of the final product.
