It’s important we make sure all your personal details are correct before we get started and that you are happy with your Travel Itinerary before we lock in your travel arrangements.
This page organises the information you need to read and the forms to be completed throughout the booking process into quick, easy links for you, as well as providing some handy travel tools.
Some forms you won’t need to fill out, some will only need to be completed once, and others will need to be done each time you travel. I will let you know which forms are relevant to you at each step of the Travel Management Experience, so we can move forward with your booking.

This form gives insight into the type of holidays you like, what you're most looking forward to while you're away and what you expect from this trip, or future trips.
This form confirms you have read, understood and accepted the details in your Itinerary to be true and correct, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions within your Itinerary, as well as TravelManagers T&C's and Privacy Policy.

There’s a lot to take into consideration before you take off on a big adventure, such as COVID-19 restrictions for Australia and overseas; passport, visa, and health information; currency; weather and travel insurance.
