1. We discuss your plans so I can design the perfect trip for you.

We’ll start with a quick chat to make sure I’m the best personal travel manager for you and your travel needs. Haven’t scheduled your 15-minute obligation free phone appointment yet? Book it here.

Once you’ve committed to working with me, we’ll schedule a full consultation over the phone or continue chatting via email.

In this full consultation, we’ll chat about your ideas, travel dreams, interests, must have’s and don’t wants so I can get to know you and design a trip to suit your needs. I’ll share my personal experiences and first-hand knowledge to make sure you get the most out of your trip.

Once we both have a good understanding of what you are after, I can start researching the best options for you. Depending on the complexity of your trip, this may take anywhere from a few hours to a few days and I will work with you to get your trip right. Whether it’s another business trip or that once-in-a-lifetime adventure, I make every trip special.

2. You’ll receive a personalised Itinerary.

We will discuss all the components of your Itinerary to start making your dream a reality! Depending on your trip, there may be a few different flight options to weigh up, cruise cabin types to look at, or hotels to compare. We will also discuss your Visa, Passport and Travel Insurance requirements, as these are the most important details to get right.

Then we chat about which options suit you best and make any necessary changes. Your Travel Commitment Deposit includes three Itinerary revisions over four weeks. If you require more changes or longer to finalise your plans, additional deposits may be required.

Once your preferred options are selected, you’ll immediately feel that buzz of relief and anticipation – holiday here you come! I will prepare a final Itinerary for you to approve so we can get your trip locked in.

3. Your booking is confirmed – start the countdown!

First, we get the necessary stuff out of the way by double-checking the Itinerary details to make sure everything is correct. There’s a quick form to complete to approve the Itinerary and acknowledge you understand the Terms & Conditions. Then we discuss your payment requirements. Some trips require full payment upfront; others allow a deposit to be paid, with a final balance due closer to departure. The necessities of your particular trip will be explained to you and your Travel Commitment Deposit will be deducted from your balance. And don’t worry, there are a range of secure payment options to suit your needs.

And that’s it, you’re all done! You can relax and start that countdown.

I’ll make all the reservations and continue to monitor your trip for any updates or changes.

And then comes my favourite part! Roughly 4 weeks prior to your trip, I’ll be in touch to arrange delivery of your Travel Documents. These may be electronic or printed, depending on your type of trip. We will go over all the details, so you feel prepared to travel. Some people like to start packing now, others do it the night before they depart – I’ll leave that bit up to you!
