If we haven’t worked together before, we’ll begin with a 15-minute obligation free travel appointment over the phone. This will allow us to get to know a little about each other to ensure that I am the best personal travel manager for your travel requirements.
Once we’ve established that we are the right fit for each other I will then ask you to complete a Client Profile form for each traveller and ask that you pay your Travel Commitment Deposit. We will then arrange a full consultation, either face to face, via telephone or via Zoom to start planning your perfect trip.
If your Client Profile is already set up and you’re enquiring about a new trip for the first time, we’ll skip straight to the Travel Commitment Deposit and full consultation.

For first time enquiries, this will allow us to get to know a little about each other to ensure that I am the best personal travel manager for you. For existing clients, we can go over any updates for an exciting existing trip or discuss a new one you’re ready to make a reality.
