“Kathy Myatt from Travel Managers has been helping us format some of our most exciting travels for the past 6 years. Once Kathy gets an outline of where we wish to go and what we want to do and see, she researches and within days emails back with several scenarios with details of side trips. Once the content has been settled on Kathy sends an email with a projected itinerary with projected costs. When we have accepted the format, Kathy takes care of the rest of the details including Insurances, flights, tours, visas, etc and makes it easy with internet banking or credit card payments. Kathy is very efficient and her “Bible” makes our day-to-day activities easy to follow for pick-ups, flights etc. On occasions when tours have had to be cancelled due to weather or other restraints she is excellent at obtaining the required refund. “My wife and I first approached Kathy around September 2015 to assist us in our plans to travel through England and Europe. Between then and February 2016, Kathy had drawn up an itinerary for our proposed tour. We had a few meetings with Kathy to explain in detail and what we could expect during our visit. “Kathy Myatt has been our travel agent for several years now and in all our dealings with her across various trips she has been absolutely AWESOME. Kathy listens and takes everything that we want to do into account and makes it happen just as we want it, always in total consultation with us. Her very detailed itineraries are always absolutely correct and with all I’s dotted and T’s crossed so that nothing is left to chance or misinterpretation. Her attention to detail is nothing short of amazing and she personally goes through every single printed detail with us before we leave on our tours. She also sends us a follow up email when we are due to check into flights along the way just to make sure we are paying attention. We travelled recently in a tour group of 50 people where our plans had been designed by Kathy. When we were due to leave our tour guide and go on, that very experienced tour guide went through our coach checking on everyone’s documents and onward flight details to be sure that nobody would run into trouble on the next leg. When she got to us and on first look at our documents she straight away said “WOW yours are efficient”. She confirmed everything as perfect, then said “WOW I can’t believe how efficient your paperwork is…. YOU HAVE A GOOD TRAVEL AGENT!!” As she worked her way through the coach we heard her discussing issues and fixes for others travelling with us who had also used a travel agent, but she commented again later on how lucky we are to have “a wonderful travel agent”. We have already got Kathy working on our next adventure and know that we can go away again in full knowledge that she will have our itinerary and documents set up perfectly and that she has done everything possible to make sure that everything will go to plan. We have never had any problems whatsoever, when we were in Houston 2 years ago, travelling to the airport the shuttle driver asked us what terminal we were going to, and we both didn’t know, neither did the driver, but Kathy’s itinerary had it on it which was very helpful as they have many terminals and very far apart, to which everyone in our shuttle van were very impressed as theirs did not have anything and they were left to fend for themselves, this meant a lot to us as Kathy is very thorough with every detail and we never have to worry, she puts great effort to every detail and care for her customers. “Kathy has organised several overseas trips for us. We have been very happy with everything she has done. She checks and double checks every small detail and she loves her job which shows. She is every knowledgeable as she has done much travelling herself so she can give you valuable advice on convenient places to stay, which transport to use and where to eat. “Kathy arranged our trip to South America. We are a couple in our sixties and were not going with a guided tour so there was a certain amount of nervousness on our part for a five week tour through Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Chile. We selected the places we wanted to see and Kathy did the rest. Everything went according to plan and we were professionally looked after the whole way by guides and drivers. The organising by Kathy was meticulous and we had the trip of a lifetime. Previously she had organised a six week tour for seven of us to Eastern Europe, aspects of a trip to Uganda for around twenty of us as well as some smaller tours to outback Queensland and Uluru, Kakadu and Darwin via the Ghan.
