I design travel for people who care not only about where they go, but how they feel while they are there.
With more than 25 years in the travel industry, I specialise in European and restorative travel for experienced travellers who value their time, appreciate expert guidance and want the confidence of knowing their journey has been designed and managed properly.
Europe is my specialist heartland. I grew up in Germany, began my career with Lufthansa and have spent decades travelling through and working with Europe. This gives me a depth of knowledge that goes beyond knowing where to stay or what to see. I understand the geography, culture, seasons, logistics and, importantly, how to bring the different elements of a European journey together.
Restorative travel doesn’t necessarily mean a wellness retreat. It means designing a journey around your energy as carefully as your itinerary.
I consider pace, transitions, sleep, movement, downtime and the number of decisions and experiences we build into each day. Sometimes the best itinerary isn’t the one that fits the most in. It’s the one that gives you enough time to genuinely experience where you are.
As both a travel professional and certified health and wellness coach, I bring this perspective into the way I design travel — whether that’s a European rail journey, Christmas markets, a culinary escape, the Camino or simply a beautifully paced holiday through Italy.
The aim is simple: to return enriched, not exhausted.
Expert-Led, Personal Planning
Every journey begins with a conversation. I want to understand how you travel, what matters to you, what you have loved and disliked about previous holidays, and what you want this particular journey to deliver.
From there, I apply professional judgement, destination knowledge and more than 25 years of industry experience to design a journey specifically around you. My role isn’t simply to present more options. It’s to help you make better travel decisions.
Trusted Relationships
Exceptional travel isn’t created through bookings alone.
Over decades in the industry, I have developed relationships with trusted hotels, destination specialists, tour operators and travel partners around the world. These relationships allow me to access knowledge, support and experiences that can make an important difference to your journey.
Support Beyond the Booking
Once you travel, you are not left to manage everything yourself.
Should plans change or disruptions arise, you have the reassurance of knowing there is a travel professional behind your journey who understands the bigger picture and can assist when needed.
Europe remains my specialist focus, particularly Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy, European rail journeys, Christmas markets and slower seasonal travel.
Having also lived for many years in Asia and the USA and travelled extensively around the world, I bring a broader global perspective when a journey extends beyond Europe.
My clients are generally experienced travellers who value their time and want more than a collection of bookings. They appreciate professional advice, thoughtful pacing, personal service and having one trusted person overseeing the journey.
If that sounds like the way you want to travel, our first step is a conversation to see whether we are the right fit.
Africa: South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Kenya – great places to start your African Safari. See the Big Five and experience the bush. Capetown to enjoy the wine and unique food. Recommend a vineyard tour.
Europe: From North to South, from West to East – I have covered almost every country and some very special cities: Paris by day and night, Barcelona in summer and winter, Rome on the trail of ancient history, Tuscany on the wine trail, Istanbul like a local, Germany from Oktoberfest to Christmas Markets with cruises along the Rhine, Main and Danube an cities like Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, Prague as a student, Austria and Switzerland for amazing ski trips and so much more.
USA – From New York to Boston to Vermont in the North or South through Philadelphia, Washington, The Carolinas, Georgia to Florida. From LA to San Francisco with stops at the Canyons in Las Vegas to the North in Seattle. Not to forget Chicago , the windy city and Wisconsin where cheese is king.
Asia – Hong Kong for Rugby 7’s and Chinese New Year or any other festival and to shop. Thailand for the lantern festival, beaches and highlands, Malaysia from food in Penang to beaches in Langkawi to rainforest and Orang Utan in Borneo. Singapore – my most favourite foodie destination. Vietnam is still waiting to be explored. South Korea and Japan for amazing cultural and food experiences
Oceania and Pacific Islands – Nothing beats the friendliest place on earth – Fiji. New Zealand is by far the best place for outdoor activities and of course wine. Hike for a day or a week to see New Zealand’s nature display.
As your Personal Travel Manager, I offer a highly considered, personalised approach to travel design created for people who value quality, clarity and thoughtful planning.
Our journey begins with a calm 30-minute Zoom, phone or in-person conversation where we explore not just where you wish to go, but how you want your travel to feel. This allows me to design itineraries that are not only beautiful, but well-paced, meaningful and genuinely restorative.
I specialise in creating bespoke, once-in-a-lifetime journeys, including:
Tailor-made itineraries for Europe and worldwide destinations
Slow self-drive holidays, particularly across Europe
Restorative retreats for women in business and leadership
Curated ladies-only journeys
Personally guided European Christmas Market experiences
Retreat planning for coaches, speakers and personal development leaders
Specialty interest journeys such as photography, scuba diving, birdwatching and other passion-led travel
Every journey is crafted with care, attention to detail and a deep respect for your time, energy and travel style.
My role is to make travel feel simple, calm and beautifully aligned so you can focus on being fully present in your experience.
