Looking For A Holiday – Or An Unforgettable Experience?
The difference is Kim Mason.
Kim has over 20 years in the travel industry, backed by constant training and a lifetime love of travel.
Look – if you just need someone to book your flights, find you a hotel and send you an itinerary – any travel centre can do this.
On the other hand – Kim will deliver you a personal holiday experience. A holiday escape you won’t stop bragging about.
Kim takes the time to get to know you, and exactly what sort of holiday you want to enjoy. And then she makes sure it surpasses your expectations.
She knows it’s the small touches that make all the difference – petals on the bed, a birthday cake for a special dinner. And these are just some of the things she can organise to make your holiday unforgettable.
It’s not simply finding a hotel in the system to match your budget. Kim makes sure you’re staying in the right room in the right hotel.
Dining in a French restaurant is straight out of the tourist guidebook – what about your own private cooking lessons?
Whatever your passion – Kim creates holiday experiences.
And Kim’s support doesn’t stop once you’ve left for your holiday – she’s there for you, just in case you need something.
It’s why she has clients who have stayed with her for 19 years.

Specialties:
I do all I can to give the most sincere and informed advice possible. After their trips clients give me suggestions, and I continuously research and pour over travel guides. I frequently go on educationals–from Botswana to Las Vegas to Canada aboard the Rocky Mountaineer. Cruises, Club Med, Ski Resorts… and have done many of the itineraries I set out for others. I aim to simplify things and be a one-stop shop. My clients seem to appreciate it because many have been with me for well over a decade.
I guess you can say I also specialise in dealing with disaster. My funniest story is probably about a client who phoned because he forgot his passport and was going to be late for his flight. I immediately called the check-in desk and alerted them that he would be late (past close). The client made the flight!
With over 20 years’ experience, I have combined my passion for snow sports with my family travel expertise to bring you Family Snow Safaris (FSS).
