As with many professions, TravelManagers operates in a service fee environment. The fees outlined below are a guide only.

Please note that fees are not limited to the below. Speak with your Personal Travel Manager regarding all fees applicable to your specific travel arrangements. These fees do not include GST or supplier-imposed fees.

Service	Fee per person unless specified
Itinerary Planning Fee: A Plan to Go non-refundable fee is payable prior to the commencement of any work on our part. This fee is not deducted from your final balance. It  is to cover  time spent on research and support. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this fee is non-refundable.	$250 per booking
International Air Booking and Management	$120 per person Economy Class; $250 per person Business/First Class; $300 per person Round the World Itineraries
International Air Changes prior to ticket issue	Nil
International Air Changes after ticket issue	$75 per person plus airline/supplier fees
Domestic Air Booking and Management	$80 per person
Domestic Air tickets in other countries and Management	$80 per person
Domestic changes prior to ticket issue	Nil
Domestic changes after ticket issue	$65 per person plus airline/supplier fees
Trans- Tasman Air Booking	$80 per person
Refund Processing	$65 per person
Booking Cancellation	Commission and all booking fees are non-refundable
Frequent Flyer Redemption Bookings	$80 per person
Rail Bookings Service Fee	$100 per booking ( A booking may include multiple sectors)
Travel Bookings originating overseas	$250 per person
Amendment Fees Excl Flight changes	$150 per booking plus Supplier fees
Insurance Claim Paperwork when policy purchased outside of TravelManagers	$100 per booking

Professional Service fees outlined above may be applied with discretion to your booking. These fees are charged to cover time, research and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel. All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable.
