Schedule of Travel Management Fees – Lauren Oliver

The following is a list of travel management fees that will be implemented for all new bookings from 01 October 2026:

Airfares: Booking + Management
International Flights (eg: Melbourne – London) Domestic Flights (eg: Melbourne – Sydney) Internal Flights (eg: LA to Vegas)	$80 – $200 per ticket + 2% of airfare value $60 – $80 per ticket + 2% of airfare value $50 – $80 per ticket + 2% of airfare value

Fees are indicative and may vary depending on itinerary complexity and services required.

Itinerary Management + Changes
Airline Ticket Changes (after the ticket is issued) Cancellation of Travel Booking and Refund Processing Itinerary planning fee – redeemable on the final payment Amendment fees (after booking is finalised) Visa processing fee Afterhours Enquiries (Excluding genuine travel emergencies) Afterhours Ticketing	$70 – $120 per ticket $50 – $100 per person $250 – $500 indicative $50 – $100 per change $60 per person per visa $55.00 minimum + $100 per hour $65.00 per call required

Cancellation fees: If canceling for any reason, in addition to supplier* charges, all commissions, deposits, booking, and management fees are non-refundable

The prices shown are AUD excluding GST.

The travel management fees listed above will be applied using discretion and in consideration of each client’s circumstances.
We reserve the right to pass on any other ad-hoc fees as charged by airlines or suppliers.

*Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies, or any other third-party land arrangements

Any fees from airlines & suppliers including amendment fees, cancellation fees, or fare increases are additional to the above.

All deposits, fees, and commissions are non-refundable
