After growing up in Kilsyth under the Mt Dandenong’s, I meet my wife Rachel and married in 1999. We have lived in the past 27 years in Rowville, stunning Gembrook in the hills and now in Ferntree Gully. We are blessed to also have 3 healthy sons William, Nicholas and Edward, with only Eddie at secondary school now. In 1996, my initial reason for enrolling in a Travel and Tourism course was because I loved the idea of being involved with planning clients’ holidays and help create lifelong experiences. 30 Years later, I still have the passion for customer service and believe I could offer every client the feeling that they are my most important customer, just the way I wanted to be treated.
My passions are Europe / UK, Canada & Alaska, USA, Ocean or River Cruising in big or small ships, Japan and other parts of Asia and even very keen on putting together trips in our stunning country Australia. I strive to work with my current and new referred clients, as a team and pride myself on listening to their needs to create a plan that reflects their budget. I also keep myself up to date with regular product training and keeping up to date with new entry requirements to any country. Travelling is a big investment from clients hard earned money and I enjoy the creative side of planning and delivering a holiday that is suitable.
