My passion for travel began at a very early age, growing up in country Victoria family holidays were an annual event to escape the Winter chill. The joy and spark of visiting new places, the excitement, adventure, traditions, culture and the tastes, sights, and smell, but most importantly creating memories to last a lifetime is simply why I love Travel.
After finishing High School, I moved to Melbourne to study Hospitality Management at William Angliss and spent several years working in Hotel Management at various hotels throughout Melbourne, however the travel bug was always biting. I finally took the plunge; I booked a one-way ticket and headed for Europe. I spent just over two years working in The Netherlands, Ireland and Scotland and travelling throughout most of Western, Eastern and Central Europe, also parts of East Africa and Asia. My favourite country would have to be Spain, I just love their approach to life and of course their food!
Even before I returned to Australia, I knew the Travel Industry was where I wanted to be. I applied with a large retail chain and had four fantastic years working with them; in that time, I finished in the top 5 travel consultants for my area – two years running. It was with that knowledge and confidence that I knew Travel Managers was the right choice for me.
In 2012 my Partner and I moved to the regional town of Kyneton in the Macedon Ranges, since moving here I have seen my Business grow and blossom, the support from our local community has been so uplifting and encouraging. I have sponsored our local Bowling Club, Gold Club, Football / Netball Club as well as the Little Athletics’ Club. I am an active member of the Business Kyneton committee and look forward to seeing what lies ahead post COVID.

Living in Europe for over 2 years, I was fortunate to spend a lot of my time travelling, this enabled me to experience so many different sights and tastes of this amazing continent and spent time meeting the ‘real’ locals. I have also traveled extensively through SE Asia and holidayed in many South Pacific Islands. I only have 2 continents left to visit, which I’m sure I will get to one day.
