“On 25th January 2024 my husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary & as a surprise, my husband approached Rose Febo to have her organise a trip of a lifetime for us. He knew I had spoken about wanting to do a trip to Canada & so approached Rose about helping him to organise this trip. Wow what a trip. With Rose’s organisational skills, it really was a trip of a lifetime. Everything went like clockwork & I must say I would be hesitant to travel overseas without first consulting Rose for her expert organisational skills. This trip was secondary to the trip to Hawaii that she also organised for us 2 years prior, hence why we had such confidence in Rose's ability to pull this off again!!!!! In June, we flew from Brisbane to Vancouver on Air Canada, 14 hours Business Class which was amazing. Such a long flight but was worth the extra money to travel that way. Rose had organised in detail all of our accommodation & transfers for the whole trip which was wonderful. On arrival to each destination, Rose had added her finishing touch with thoughtful gifts and gestures left waiting for our arrival. In Vancouver, she had pre-arranged a surprise for us with a bottle of champagne & chocolates, to wish us a happy anniversary. The thoughtfulness & detail that Rose had shown us in our trip was overwhelming & so appreciated. Our trip consisted of almost 5 weeks of travel & this included travelling over to Vancouver Island by sea plane for two nights & then back to Vancouver to stay one night before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer to travel to Jasper over a two-day period, staying in Kamloops one night on the journey. The scenery was breathtaking especially from Kamloops to Jasper & so worth it, to sit back & be waited on so beautifully by exceptional staff. From disembarking the train in Jasper, we stayed one night before hiring a car & driving down to Lake Louise, Banff & ending up in Calgary where we attended the Calgary stampede. The scenery on the drive was breathtaking & the stampede was very exciting & worth doing. From Calgary, we flew back to Vancouver & then on to Anchorage in Alaska. We did a bear safari on a light plane, where we landed on the beach & walked to where the bears were grazing in the surrounding fields. They unfortunately didn’t come close enough for us to see them up close & personal, but that was ok, we saw them from a distance. We did a few other tours in Anchorage & then caught a bus which had been prearranged to travel from Anchorage to Seward to board our 7-day cruise on the Regent Explorer, magnificent. The staff aboard were wonderful. They couldn’t do enough for us & the food was exceptional. Rose suggested the Regent Cruise for us & we were not disappointed. She knew what interested us and tailored her suggestion exactly to our needs and wants. Again, more surprises in the room from Rose, another example that she goes above and beyond for her clients. On disembarking the cruise in Vancouver, we flew to Nashville to visit a friend for 4 days & then back to Vancouver, staying one night in the airport hotel there & boarding our flight to return home. The different fascist of our trip was so easy from flights to train trip, to cruising couldn’t have gone smoother, thanks to Rose. While away, she communicated with our daughter, simply checking in that everything was running smoothly and to see if there was anything we needed. Rose doesn't just plan a trip and send people on their way, she ensures that every detail from the beginning to the final touch down home (and everything in between) happens as it should. No question or email or phone call was ever too much for her. We will never forget this trip & the exceptional job that Rose did in her organisation of our trip of a life- time & the special touches she included to make our trip so memorable. Thank you Rose”

“Just arrived home from a wonderful holiday in Japan organised by Rose . Not our first time in Japan , and this time we wanted something a little different- we did not want a tour , we had been to many of the ‘ main’ attractions and we wanted a mix of hectic, fun cities and the zen and history of quieter places . Rose listened to our requirements , made suggestions and organised a fabulous mix of accommodation ( Ryokans , machiya townhouses, very well situated hotels etc ) and options ( booked tickets or suggestions) for the days we had in each area. Many people organise their own holidays but we like to go through a travel agent for a few reasons . Firstly it avoids the ‘analysis paralysis’ that can come with so many decisions to be made. We can get fabulous suggestions and insider knowledge of unusual places to stay and things to do . It takes many of the responsibilities off our own plates and ensures everything is covered . It eliminates many of the communication issues that can occur when booking etc. We did not need to worry about timelines / seasons for booking certain accommodation and activities . Wifi access was easily organised. We really did not have to worry as any issues were anticipated and therefore everything went smoothly . We loved having the ability to do our own thing in our own time rather than having to keep to other people’s schedules. The app was invaluable - lots of info and updates. All of the ticketing and catching of planes, private cars , buses and trains all went very smoothly and it was good to refer to the booklet or app when we needed . “We threw Rose into the deep end when asking her to organise a holiday for us. For starters, we only gave her two weeks notice and we were wanting to travel to the USA in the busiest week of the year, July 4 celebrations were in full swing. On top of this, I am in a wheelchair and require an accessible room at all our destinations. My previous experience with this has not been good with us travelling over 14 hours on one occasion to not be able to access the room (doesn't make for a good start to a holiday).
