Scenic Group has announced the launch of Scenic Ikon, the latest addition to its prestigious Scenic Discovery Yacht fleet, set to commence its inaugural season in April 2028. This remarkable new vessel will embody the signature hallmarks of the brand – world-class design, culinary excellence, and all-inclusive ultra-luxury.
At 26,500 gross tonnes, measuring 672 feet in length with a 78-foot beam, Scenic Ikon will accommodate 270 guests in 135 all-veranda suites, each ranging from 365 to 2,691 square feet across five decks.
The Scenic Ikon has been meticulously designed to excel across both polar and tropical destinations. Purpose-built and rated Polar Code 6 with an Ice Class 1A Super strengthened hull, the vessel offers exceptional versatility for year-round exploration.
On board, guests will find an impressive array of expedition equipment, including two Airbus helicopters, a custom-designed Triton AVA submersible, Zodiacs, and luxurious Fassmer superyacht tenders – ensuring every journey is as exhilarating as it is exclusive.

Scenic Ikon will set sail on her maiden voyage from Venice in April 2028, a departure that has already sold out. The following sailings are seeing strong demand, underscoring the anticipation surrounding this landmark addition to the fleet.
The inaugural season, running through March 2029, will encompass 110 ports, 21 countries, and 26 new destinations – including the Mediterranean, Aegean, Egypt, Cape Verde Islands, Dakar, Antarctica, the Falkland Islands, and the Chilean Fjords.
Guests aboard Scenic Ikon will enjoy a wealth of luxurious facilities, including 15 dining venues, expansive lounges, and a variety of social and relaxation spaces – all designed to reflect Scenic’s renowned all-inclusive philosophy.
The two-level Senses Rejuvenation Spa, spanning over 18,000 square feet, will offer signature therapies, hydrotherapy and thermal experiences, complemented by world-class fitness amenities. Each voyage will feature immersive excursions, exclusive events, and exceptional onboard entertainment.
