“I first booked a holiday through Emily when she worked with another travel agency and have stayed with her for years. I wouldn’t see anyone else! I have taken about 7 trips now that she has organised and she is totally dedicated to ensuring our trip is not only suited to our style and budget but that any hiccups that arise - and there are always hiccups when you travel - are sorted! Honestly, I probably shouldn’t promote this but she has answered an email in the middle of the night when I was stuck once! I couldn’t believe it! I’m thrilled with the new style of her business, we are currently planning my next trip and we have met at a cafe for coffee and she popped into my house last time for our consultation! So much fun! This is a long review, but I 1000% recommend Emily for booking your travel and I know my friends who I’ve recommended her to would also give her 5*. Thanks Em, I’m so excited for Japan this time!!!”

With two small kids the actual planning of our family honeymoon without Emily would have been chaos and too much for us to handle. We had the most beautiful time. Em has so much knowledge of the ins and outs of Japan and how to navigate it all, her advice made it all run seamlessly. “We couldn't have asked for a better travel manager to help us plan our 6 week Italian holiday! Em was so accomodating and easy to work with from the start. She was practical, down to earth and so easy to talk with. She worked with us the entire time and it was no issue when we changed our mind. We worked with Em to plan the itinerary, book most of our accomodation, our flights (international & local), trains, ferrys and hire cars. She really knew how to time everything perfectly so we were stepping off the plane and picking up the car, or catching a ferry and then picking up a car. Em was also really contactable throughout the whole planning process and even when we were on our trip which helped a lot. Her method of having a working google doc for the itinerary was also such a great idea. She was so organised and printed off everything we needed, organised it all in order and even highlighted what we needed to know. This made getting from place to place so easy. Thanks again, Em!
