Em was absolutely amazing helping me plan the logistics of my bucket list trip to Antarctica and South America. She made everything so easy and somehow managed to line all my transfers and flights up to perfection. She stayed in touch the whole time as well making sure everything went smoothly and helped me with all my documentation. Amazing Experience!

Emily has booked two holidays for us now and I can't recommend her enough! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect.

It's the little things that make all the difference, Emily took the time to understand our preferences, budget and travel goals. She then gave us options for our accomodation based on her recommendations which made the process easy and exciting as we were involved with the choosing of where we were staying. I really enjoyed that process, it gave us an insight into what was to come and made the build up to the holiday that much more exciting. Every detail, from flights and accommodations to activities and local recommendations, was all thoughtfully planned.

Thanks to Emily's knowledge and experience our trips have gone off without a hitch. She's the lady with all the answers on what to see/do and where to eat.
The only thing she doesn't have is a $0 cost way to cure post holiday blues... Guess we better book another holiday then.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily for my recent trip to Europe. Not an easy feat to achieve when there are 7, and I can't say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Emily was incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from flight arrangements trains, ferries and hire cars making the entire process completely stress-free.

We owe Emily all our gratitude! For all her attention to detail and making us feel at ease with everything. With two small kids the actual planning of our family honeymoon without Emily would have been chaos and too much for us to handle. We had the most beautiful time. Our girls (3yo & 6yo) completely embodied their island princess fantasies and had a ball. Our shy 6yo even entered a limbo competition!
Emily took the time to find out what was important to us and what was superfluous and made our dollars stretch as far as possible to give us exactly what we wanted and needed from a vacation. Because Emily understood our needs we were able to have a holiday which balanced beautiful quality family time and some one on one time as a couple also. All the while being completely at ease knowing the kids were always safe and living their best lives tie-dying shirts, racing crabs, painting shells and learning about Island culture.

Emily was outstanding at organising our first family trip to Japan. We stayed in a mix of traditional and western style accommodation across 3 cities, which was really fun. Em has so much knowledge of the ins and outs of Japan and how to navigate it all, her advice made it all run seamlessly. Everything was booked ahead of time so we could focus on exploring without the hassle of trying to book everything on the fly, it was so worth it as lineup’s /waitlists to attractions in Japan can be huge.
10/10 holiday and 10/10 to you Em for making it all happen without a hitch.

Emily is absolutely a fabulous travel agent , she helped us out with a huge family trip for my whole family to the UK and Europe . There were 9 of us altogether including two grandchildren (4yrs and 22months ) . She was on the end of the phone or email if we needed her for anything. Emily even helped me with private transport so we didn’t have to worry about taxis or public transport . Accomodation was wonderful with suggestions from her , this was a trip of a lifetime with the whole family I will never forget . We even had a white Christmas in Latvia and it snowed !!!
I would highly recommend Emily to anyone .

We couldn't have asked for a better travel manager to help us plan our 6 week Italian holiday! Em was so accomodating and easy to work with from the start. She was practical, down to earth and so easy to talk with. She worked with us the entire time and it was no issue when we changed our mind. We worked with Em to plan the itinerary, book most of our accomodation, our flights (international & local), trains, ferrys and hire cars. She really knew how to time everything perfectly so we were stepping off the plane and picking up the car, or catching a ferry and then picking up a car. Em was also really contactable throughout the whole planning process and even when we were on our trip which helped a lot. Her method of having a working google doc for the itinerary was also such a great idea. She was so organised and printed off everything we needed, organised it all in order and even highlighted what we needed to know. This made getting from place to place so easy. Thanks again, Em! Em is a superstar! My partner and I are so impressed how calm and active she was able to put together our itinerary for a 20 day holiday in Japan with only 6-7 weeks notice before our flights.
Em was empathetic with us due to our situation of being ghosted by a different travel agent, and Em delivered above expectations.

Em is always available for queries and discussions about the trip, and made multiple proposals for different budgeting options with hotels.
We also gave Em a to-do list in which she was non-judgemental and extremely excited to assist check all of the items off our list.

Emily was absolutely amazing in everything that she planned for our trip to Fiji. She was friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with. Always happy to answer my many questions, she was very quick at responding to my emails and was always happy to chat over the phone if I needed to. She planned everything down to the minute details and everything was perfect. We really didn’t have to do a thing except go and enjoy ourselves. I can’t fault a thing and I highly recommend Emily to plan your perfect trip. I’m already looking at planning my next one.
