I originally started as a travel agent for Escape Travel in Sydney specialising mostly in family & leisure holidays before moving onto Flight Centre CBD where I had multiple specialities including corporate portfolios and group bookings. I serviced thousands of clients in that time including well known businesses and sporting teams such as GSA Insurance and Liverpool FC.
After more than 5 years with them I made the move to Travel Managers so I was not limited to one or the other and can look after every single person who needs it. Now I am able to service all different types of travel from leisure, to groups, to corporate and everything in between with experience and knowledge in all categories.
My approach with clients is simply to make having an agent make sense by adapting to what suits them. Whether it’s speed, detail, price, confidence etc, I endeavour to find out which matters to each person and make that the foundation of the process.
