These are small-group tours, giving you the perfect balance of travelling with a friendly group while still having the freedom to enjoy the journey your way.
And importantly, there’s no solo supplement.
You’ll have your own room, your own space and the reassurance of travelling with a small group of like-minded travellers, all personally escorted by me.
But if you already have someone you’d love to travel with, that’s welcome too! Partners and friends can join you, with a twin-share discount available on selected tours.
Join me for a relaxed escape to Hobart, Tasmania, where we’ll combine fascinating history, beautiful scenery, local food and wine, and plenty of time to enjoy the city at an easy pace.
Based in the heart of Hobart at Hadley’s Orient Hotel, this small-group tour has been designed to give you the chance to experience some of the best of the city and its surrounds without feeling like you’re constantly rushing from one activity to the next.
Our adventure begins with a welcome dinner in Hobart, giving us the perfect opportunity to meet one another and settle into our Tasmanian getaway.
We’ll spend our first full day exploring kunanyi / Mount Wellington, taking in the spectacular views across Hobart and beyond, before enjoying a traditional high tea at Hadley’s Orient Hotel in the afternoon.
History lovers will enjoy our Salamanca history walking tour, followed by an afternoon visit to the charming historic village of Richmond. There will also be plenty of time to explore Hobart at your own pace.
Saturday brings one of Hobart’s most famous experiences, Salamanca Market. Take your time browsing the stalls, discovering local produce, handmade goods and Tasmanian specialties before we head into the Coal River Valley for an afternoon winery tour.
We’ll finish our Tasmanian adventure with a farewell dinner, giving us the chance to enjoy one final evening together and reflect on the experiences and memories we’ve shared.

Join me for a relaxed six-day escape through some of South Australia’s most beautiful and delicious highlights. Designed with solo travellers in mind, this small-group tour is all about enjoying great experiences, meeting like-minded travellers and taking the stress out of organising the details.
Based in the heart of Adelaide, we’ll enjoy a mix of charming towns, beautiful scenery, indulgent food and wine, and an unforgettable wildlife experience.
Our adventure begins in Adelaide before heading to the historic German village of Hahndorf, where you’ll have time to explore at your own pace and, if you wish, try your hand at a traditional strudel-making workshop.
We’ll then head into the Adelaide Hills for a leisurely high tea at Mount Lofty, with plenty of time afterwards to enjoy Adelaide and its surrounding attractions.
No South Australian getaway would be complete without a day in the Barossa Valley, where we’ll explore one of Australia’s most renowned wine regions before returning to Adelaide for another evening together.
Our final full day takes us to Monarto Safari Park, where you’ll have the opportunity to see an incredible range of wildlife in a spectacular open-range setting. We’ll finish the tour with a special farewell dinner in Adelaide, included as part of your tour.
Throughout the tour, I’ll be there to personally escort the group, take care of the logistics and make sure you have someone to turn to if you need anything. Each evening, I’ll provide dinner recommendations, and you’re welcome to join me and the group or head off and do your own thing.

Join Jessica on a 12-day personally escorted journey through some of the most beautiful and fascinating parts of Britain, travelling from Edinburgh through Yorkshire and the Cotswolds before finishing in London.
This tour has been designed for travellers who don’t like rushing from one destination to the next. Rather than trying to squeeze everything into a packed itinerary, we’ll take our time, enjoy longer stays and experience each destination at a relaxed pace.
Your journey begins in London, where we’ll meet at Paddington Station before boarding our First Class train to Edinburgh. From Scotland’s capital, we’ll enjoy a private walking tour, afternoon tea at Edinburgh Castle and a day exploring Loch Lomond, Stirling Castle and The Kelpies.
We’ll then travel by First Class rail to York, using the city as our base to explore the surrounding Yorkshire countryside. There’ll be time to discover York at your own pace, as well as day trips to Harrogate, Whitby and the beautiful North York Moors.
From York, we continue south by First Class train to Cheltenham Spa, settling into the beautiful Cotswolds for four nights. From here, we’ll explore picturesque villages including Bibury and Bourton-on-the-Water, visit Stratford-upon-Avon and discover the historic town of Cirencester.
Along the way, enjoy afternoon teas, local dining, guided walks and plenty of free time to simply wander, explore or relax. Puglia is the Italy many of us imagine. Whitewashed hilltop towns, ancient olive groves, crystal-clear Adriatic waters, incredible food and wine, and a wonderfully relaxed pace of life.
Rather than moving from hotel to hotel, we’ll make ourselves at home in a beautiful traditional Masseria, a whitewashed Puglian farmhouse surrounded by ancient olive trees and peaceful countryside. With a lovely pool, warm hospitality and plenty of space to unwind, it gives us the perfect base for exploring the region.
Throughout the week, we’ll discover some of Puglia and neighbouring Basilicata’s most fascinating towns and landscapes. Wander the charming streets of Ostuni, explore the ancient cave dwellings of Matera, admire the iconic trulli of Alberobello, and enjoy the beautiful towns of Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Lecce.
But this tour is about more than simply ticking places off a list. There will be opportunities to experience Puglia through its food, traditions and local connections. From an olive oil grove tour and tasting, to a delicious seaside seafood lunch and a hands-on farm-to-table cooking experience using fresh local produce.
With a maximum of 12 guests, this is an intimate small-group experience designed to be friendly, comfortable and never rushed. That’s exactly what these tours are designed to offer.
You can travel independently, while knowing that Jessica and your small group are there when you want them.
I’ll take care of the logistics, transport and organisation, so you can concentrate on enjoying the destination.
These tours are intentionally kept small, creating a more relaxed and personal travel experience.
You’ll meet other travellers along the way, share experiences and have the opportunity to make new friends — but there’s never any pressure to be part of the group every minute.
Want to join everyone for dinner? Wonderful.
Want a quiet night to yourself? That’s perfectly okay too.
I’ll provide dinner recommendations each evening and let everyone know the plan for the following day, so you can decide what suits you.
To secure your place on the tour, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are available, including the option to pay your deposit in instalments, making it easier to spread the cost of your trip. This deposit is non-refundable should you choose to cancel; however, if minimum group numbers are not met and the tour is unable to proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded.
You can choose to continue with a payment plan for the remaining balance or make an upfront payment.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure for international tours, and 60 days prior for domestic tours.
A discount is available for twin-share bookings for those travelling with a companion.
