After Hours Assistance
Travel doesn’t always operate within standard business hours, and when something urgent arises, timely support matters.
My after-hours assistance service is available for clients who require immediate support outside of regular operating hours. This service ensures you have access to professional guidance when it’s needed most, while clearly outlining the applicable service fees for support provided beyond standard business times.
– After-hours assistance applies between 5:00pm and 9:00am weekdays, and at all times on weekends and public holidays.
– If correspondence is received via email during these hours and the matter is non-urgent, a response will be provided on the next business day and no after-hours fee will apply.
– If contact is made by telephone during these hours, the applicable after-hours service fee will be charged, as this constitutes engagement of services outside standard business hours.
Fees
Domestic Travel After Hours Assistance – $180 plus any airlines/hotel/car fare difference and change fees
International Travel After Hours Assistance – $220 plus any airline/hotel/car fare difference and change fees
*Please note, if a second call needs to be made to an airline or my after-hours ticketing team and second fee will be charged.
Instructions
Are you already at the airport? In most scenarios the airport staff are able to make changes quicker than what it will take for me to wait on hold with the airline – so try your airlines information desk first.
Have you arrived at a hotel and the check in desk is saying payment hasn’t been received when you believe it was prepaid? Not to worry, this can be sorted out tomorrow. I have receipts for all hotel payments so if the hotel is requesting payment, be assured you will receive a refund once I get involved the following day.
