Day 1 – Monday 23rd March | Australia → Queenstown
Your journey begins as you arrive in Queenstown today, where a shuttle will take you to the luxurious Millbrook Resort. Check in to your One Bedroom Suite, complete with breakfast included each morning and the convenience of a free shuttle to explore Arrowtown and Queenstown at your leisure. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at Millbrook (own expense), setting the tone for an unforgettable golf escape.
Day 2 – Tuesday 24th March | Arrowtown Golf Club
After an early breakfast at Millbrook Resort, a private transfer will take you to Arrowtown Golf Club for a 9-hole round. Following your game, return to the resort to relax and unwind this afternoon.
Day 3 – Wednesday 25th March | Millbrook Remarkables Course
Begin your day with breakfast at the resort. Spend the day enjoying the resort’s amenities or taking in the stunning surrounding landscape, before teeing off mid-afternoon for 9 holes at the scenic Millbrook Remarkables Course. You may wish to take the free Millbrook shuttle this evening into Queenstown for dinner (own expense).
Day 4 – Thursday 26th March | Free Day
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before a full day at your own pace. Whether you choose to explore Queenstown, Arrowtown, or simply relax at Millbrook Resort, the day is yours to enjoy.
Day 5 – Friday 27th March | Queenstown Golf Club & Farewell Dinner
Start the day with an early breakfast, followed by a private transfer to Queenstown Golf Club for 9 holes. After your game, enjoy lunch in the clubhouse before returning to Millbrook Resort to refresh before joining the group for a farewell dinner at Millbrook in the evening (own expense), celebrating an unforgettable golf getaway.
Day 6 – Saturday 28th March | Departure
Enjoy your final breakfast at Millbrook Resort before a private transfer to Queenstown Airport. Depart Queenstown today, or extend your stay in New Zealand to explore more of this breath taking country.

Land only package $4,323.77 per person twin share
Solo hotel supplement $1,912.50
1st payment of $2,018.20 plus flights due at time of booking per person
1st payment includes a $500 non-refundable booking deposit

Flights
Flights are preferably booked through me to ensure seamless coordination with the tour itinerary. If participants choose to arrange their own flights, they must provide full flight details so transfers (if included) and schedule arrangements can be coordinated. I am happy to quote flights at the time of booking and include them in the participant’s invoice if requested.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost or damaged luggage which includes golf clubs and other unforeseen events. I hold a valid license to sell travel insurance and can assist with policies through Covermore and Go Insurance.
Golf Course & Tee Times
Tee times are pre-booked for all scheduled rounds. In the unlikely event that a golf course cancels or amends our confirmed booking, an alternative club of a similar standard will be arranged.
Minimum Numbers & Tour Confirmation
All escorted tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. For this tour, the minimum number is 10. Should minimum numbers not be met, I reserve the right to reassess the tour’s viability. In such cases, I may offer alternative dates, arrangements, or, if necessary, cancel the tour with full refunds of any deposits or payments made.
Additional Bookings
Once minimum numbers for a tour have been confirmed, any additional bookings are subject to availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and acceptance of late bookings will depend on remaining spots and tour capacity.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
After final payment has been received, cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund, as certain suppliers have non-refundable policies within 60 days of departure.
For cancellations made within this 60-day period, participants are encouraged to utilise their travel insurance to recover any non-refundable costs.
