“Our travel Agent Joanne Couch nailed our brief for our trip to Vietnam. We were after a very specific trip for my partner his mum (was her last time returning to her place of birth) and I. Hotels she booked, transfers and tours were spot on. Our trip went from Hanoi, Halong Bay, DaNang, Hoi An, Vung Tau, Can Tho and Saigon. We had specific requests for Halong Bay 2 night cruise, Long Tan and Mekong tour to Can Tho. We had previously done a tour to Long Tan which was very disappointing. We advised Joanne of our very specific requirements and she nailed the perfect tour and would recommend this tour to Vietnam Veterans and their families. We had one hiccup and let Joanne know. Joanne was onto it straight away and helped to sort it out. Note: hotel did the wrong thing and Joanne went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Hotels selected were quality in perfect location and very central. Transfer vehicles used were spacious, clean and very comfortable every time. We highly recommend Joanne as she listens and asks questions on the holiday you are after. App used for itinerary was perfect to follow with all information there at our fingertips. We will be going to Joanne for all future holiday requirements.”

We were lucky enough to also visit main attractions in England. This was all done through the amazing train services in Europe. This means of transport is highly recommended. A relaxed and enjoyable experience while watching the attractions through the windows.
