“Well all was going well, Michelle had organised group booking for 15 of us to go Japan on a skiing trip. Everything booked and confirmed – until…… the day of departure – one of the attendees rang the leader at 5.30 am the morning of departure, she had misread her time and thought she was flying Sydney to Melbourne to Narita in the afternoon not the morning. At 6 am Michelle was on the case, flights cancelled rebooked, now on direct flight Sydney to Narita to arrive after the group. However….. plane from Melbourne then got cancelled – problems coming from NZ. Everyone sent home for the night, BIG issue we all had seats booked on shuttle to get to Nagano. We missed that shuttle. Peak ski season, Michelle on the case again, booked a commercial private bus line who then met us at the airport the next day and took us to Nagano. Luckily we were also able to pick up about seven other people on same flight with same problem. No Problem, Michelle booked them in too, What a trip. Michelle was amazing. The Sydney lady ended up arriving before us all after all.”
