We have followed her through her changes of company, and now here she is working as a Personal Travel Manager. From the very beginning, when we had our first expedition cruise to Antarctica cancelled again and again, she has gone above and beyond in getting everything sorted. Nothing is ever a problem, and she often thinks before me of potential things that need to be dealt with. Hotels, airfares and, of course, cruises, which we have booked many times with her now.
