Promotion Eligibility
The offer is available for new bookings only and applies per booking (cabin), not per person. Eligible twin, triple and quad-share bookings qualify for one Shore Excursion Gift Credit based on the cabin category originally booked.
Single-occupancy bookings are eligible only when the sole passenger pays 200% of the applicable twin-share cruise fare for the booked cabin category. A single passenger paying less than 200% of the applicable twin-share fare, including any reduced single supplement or specially discounted solo fare, is not eligible for this promotion unless specifically approved in writing by Carl Retschlag.
An eligible single-occupancy booking charged at 200% of the applicable twin-share fare receives the full promotional value of $1,500 for Balcony accommodation and above, or $750 for Oceanview accommodation and below. The promotional value is not reduced because only one passenger occupies the cabin.
Princess Fare Types
Advertised cruise fares shown in the flyer price guide are Princess Standard Fares, per person, based on twin-share accommodation unless otherwise stated.
The Shore Excursion Gift Credit applies to eligible bookings made on Princess Standard, Princess Plus or Princess Premier fares, provided all promotional conditions are satisfied.
The promotional value is determined by the cabin category booked and does not increase when Princess Plus or Princess Premier is selected or subsequently added.
Princess Plus is available from an additional $79 per person, per day and Princess Premier from an additional $129 per person, per day. Fare prices, package pricing and inclusions are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Shore Excursion Gift Credit Conditions
The Shore Excursion Gift Credit is provided as an exclusive promotional benefit by Carl Retschlag and is not supplied, sponsored or administered by Princess Cruises or TravelManagers Australia.
The credit is intended to assist eligible passengers with the cost of shore excursions associated with their booked Grand Princess Circle Pacific voyage.
Only one Shore Excursion Gift Credit is provided per eligible booking, regardless of the number of passengers travelling in the cabin.
The promotional value cannot be divided between separate bookings, transferred to another booking, exchanged for cash or applied towards unrelated travel services.
The Shore Excursion Gift Credit is separate from any onboard credit or other promotional benefits provided by Princess Cruises.
The method of providing the Shore Excursion Gift Credit, applicable redemption arrangements and any associated restrictions will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
The lead passenger named on the original booking must personally travel on and complete the cruise voyage to remain eligible for the promotional benefit. If the lead passenger cancels, does not travel or is removed from the booking before or during the voyage, eligibility for the Shore Excursion Gift Credit is forfeited, even if other passengers on the booking travel.
If an eligible booking is cancelled for any reason before departure, the promotional Shore Excursion Gift Credit is forfeited.
If the original booking is repriced, downgraded, transferred to another promotion, changed to a different cabin category or fare type, changed to an ineligible fare or otherwise amended, the Shore Excursion Gift Credit may be recalculated based on the revised qualifying cabin category or withdrawn entirely if the booking no longer qualifies.
Where a booking is upgraded to a higher cabin category after the original booking has been confirmed, the promotional value will not automatically increase. Any adjustment must be approved in writing by Carl Retschlag.
This promotion does not apply to heavily discounted, net, interline, travel industry, employee, casino, charter, prize, group allocation or other specially discounted promotional fares unless specifically approved in writing by Carl Retschlag.
Additional Booking Conditions
Any onboard credit offered by Princess Cruises is separate from this promotion and will be advised and confirmed at the time of booking, if applicable. Onboard credit, where applicable, is subject to Princess Cruises’ applicable terms and conditions, including restrictions on transferability, cash redemption and permitted onboard purchases.
Guests may also receive 10% off Cover-More travel insurance when the policy is purchased within seven days of confirming the cruise booking. Insurance conditions, eligibility criteria and Cover-More policy terms apply.
Deposits are subject to the applicable fare and booking conditions, including any non-refundable deposit requirements. When applying a Princess Future Cruise Deposit (FCD), an additional non-refundable deposit may apply.
Changes to a confirmed booking, including changes to fare type, cabin category, guest numbers or promotional offers, may require the original booking to be cancelled and rebooked at the prevailing fare and availability. This may result in the loss of the original fare, deposit and eligibility for this promotion.

This promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended at any time before booking without notice and cannot be combined with another Carl Retschlag promotional offer unless expressly stated.
Cruise fares are cruise-only, per person, in Australian dollars, based on twin-share accommodation unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes, government fees and charges (subject to change). Availability is limited, and cabins may sell out without notice. Some Oceanview and Balcony staterooms may have obstructed views. Some Mini-Suites may feature windows only. Single supplements apply.
Carl Retschlag reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Shore Excursion Gift Credit where a booking is found to be fraudulent, made in error or where the promotion has been applied contrary to these terms and conditions.
