Terms & Conditions – TravelManagers Online Air & Hotel Package

This TravelManagers online offer is available exclusively for bookings submitted via our secure 👉 Online Booking Form 👈 and is not available for bookings made by phone, email, or through third-party travel agents.

The specially priced one-way international economy airfare package from $95 per person* from Australian capital cities to Bali is available only when booking the advertised Oceania Cruises Riviera voyage at the cruise fare displayed on our website at the time of booking, or higher. The airfare is offered as a value-added package and does not alter or discount the cruise fare.

The package includes:

• One-way international economy airfare to Bali

• Private airport transfer

• One night’s accommodation at a 5-star hotel with breakfast

• Hotel-to-pier transfer the following day

The offer applies to the first and second guest only per cabin and is not available for third or fourth passengers. It is valid for single occupancy bookings when paying 200% of the advertised cruise fare.

Important Airfare Conditions

This package does not include domestic Australian flights. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to or from their chosen Australian capital city. The airfare applies solely to the international sector to Bali and includes the transfers and hotel accommodation outlined above.

This promotion is valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. It is not available when using Future Cruise Credits (FCCs).

The air, hotel, and transfer package must be booked and paid in full at the time of cruise booking. Both the cruise deposit and the airfare package are non-refundable once paid, and the offer cannot be added after booking confirmation.

Cruise Fare & Booking Conditions

The airfare package applies only to bookings made at or above the cruise fare available on our website at the time of booking. Cruise fares are dynamic and may change at any time. If a lower fare becomes available after booking, guests wishing to rebook must cancel and make a new booking. In doing so, any deposit already paid will be forfeited, and cancellation penalties may exceed the deposit amount, in line with Oceania Cruises’ cancellation policy.

Any change to the original booking — including fare type, stateroom category, promotional offer, or number of guests — will void the airfare package. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be reinstated once forfeited.

Promotional Inclusions (Cruise Line Offer)

Guests booking PH1 Penthouse Suites through to B4 Veranda Staterooms may be eligible for cruise line promotional inclusions, such as a beverage package (beer and wine with lunch and dinner in onboard restaurants) and US$800 shipboard credit per stateroom, where applicable. Cruise line promotions are subject to change or withdrawal without notice and are governed by Oceania Cruises’ terms.

Airfare Surcharges & Upgrades

The airfare package may be subject to additional charges for:

• Deviations from the standard flight itinerary

• Advance seat selection (paid directly to the airline)

• Upgrades to Premium Economy or First / Business Class

• Requests to fly with specific airlines

General Fare Conditions

Cruise fares are cruise-only, per person, in AUD, based on twin share accommodation, and include all applicable taxes, government fees, and charges (which are subject to change). Fares are based on the lead cabin category in each stateroom type on the lowest available fare type unless otherwise stated. Availability is limited and may sell out without notice.

Some Oceanview and Balcony staterooms may have obstructed views. Itineraries are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

In addition to the conditions above, all bookings are subject to Oceania Cruises’ Ticket Contract and TravelManagers’ terms and conditions. TravelManagers reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions without obligation or compensation.
