Complimentary Hotel & Transfer Offer – Terms & Conditions

The complimentary hotel and private transfer offer is provided as a value-added benefit by TravelManagers Australia when booking eligible Crystal Cruises voyages exclusively through Carl Retschlag (TravelManagers). This offer is not provided by, endorsed by, or redeemable through Crystal Cruises. It has no cash value, is not a discount on the cruise fare, and cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged.

The offer applies to Guests 1 and 2 only in the cabin and does not apply to third or fourth guests sharing a cabin. The offer is valid for single-occupancy bookings only where a 200% single-occupancy fare applies.

The offer is available on Crystal Cruises itineraries of 8 nights or longer, as published on the official Crystal Cruises website, subject to eligibility, itinerary, and availability.

Offer Inclusions by Voyage Length & Suite Category

• 8 to 12 night Crystal Cruises voyages
  – One night of four-star pre-cruise accommodation
  – Private airport-to-hotel transfer included
  – Penthouse Suite bookings receive five-star accommodation

• Crystal Cruises voyages longer than 12 nights
  – One night of five-star pre-cruise accommodation
  – Private airport-to-hotel transfer included

• Crystal Cruises voyages longer than 12 nights in a Penthouse Suite
  – Two nights of five-star pre-cruise accommodation
  – Private airport-to-hotel transfers included

The offer includes pre-cruise accommodation only, unless otherwise stated.

Transfers & Destination Limitations

Private transfers are included where available and operationally feasible.
In destinations where private transfers are not available, not permitted, or impractical due to local infrastructure or regulations, the offer will default to complimentary accommodation only, with no cash replacement or alternative transfer provided.

Hotel Charges & Local Taxes

Any mandatory local charges, including but not limited to city taxes, bed taxes, resort fees, destination charges, or similar government- or hotel-imposed fees, are not included in this offer and are payable directly by the guest to the hotel at check-in or check-out, as required.

Availability & Fare Eligibility

The offer is capacity controlled, subject to availability, and is not available on all fare types, including but not limited to:

• Last-minute or heavily discounted fares

• Industry, interline, wholesale, or staff fares

• No-single-supplement or solo promotional fares

• Any fare type deemed highly discounted or ineligible by TravelManagers

Hotel & Service Conditions

Hotel selection, room type, location, and transfer provider are at the sole discretion of TravelManagers. A range of quality four- and five-star hotels and professional private transfer services are used, depending on destination and itinerary.

This complimentary hotel and transfer package is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be substituted, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other booking.

The offer cannot be combined with any other TravelManagers, supplier, or third-party promotion unless expressly stated in writing.

If a booking is changed, repriced, rebooked, or cancelled and no longer meets the original eligibility criteria, the complimentary offer will be forfeited.

TravelManagers reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice due to supplier constraints, operational requirements, or changes to booking conditions.

Bespoke Travel Arrangements

Flights, additional accommodation, and private transfers beyond the complimentary offer can be quoted and booked to create a fully bespoke cruise and travel package, tailored to your individual itinerary, preferences, and travel dates. These services are quoted separately and are not included in the complimentary offer unless expressly stated in writing.
