Receive an exclusive Pre-Cruise Travel Credit of up to AU$400 per suite when booking the 21-night Regent Seven Seas Navigator® Sydney to Cairns voyage departing 13 July 2027, directly through Carl Retschlag.
Eligibility: Available on eligible new bookings only and must be requested at the time of the original cruise booking. Applies to Penthouse, Navigator, Grand and Signature Suites and above. The credit is provided per suite, regardless of occupancy, including eligible solo bookings charged at 200% of the twin-share fare. Existing bookings, non-commissionable fares, industry rates, casino rates and other ineligible promotional fares are excluded. Eligibility is subject to confirmation and receipt of the required cruise deposit.
Qualifying Travel Purchases: To qualify for the Pre-Cruise Travel Credit, guests must purchase eligible flights, hotels, transfers or travel insurance directly through Carl Retschlag. All qualifying arrangements must be booked and paid for in full at the time of purchase.
The Travel Credit is calculated on the total amount spent on eligible travel purchases, up to a maximum of AU$400 per suite. For example, guests purchasing AU$100 in eligible travel arrangements will receive AU$100 credited against their outstanding cruise balance. Guests purchasing AU$400 or more will receive the maximum AU$400 credit.
Guests may combine multiple eligible purchases to reach the maximum credit. Any expenditure exceeding AU$400 does not increase the credit entitlement. All qualifying purchases must be paid for separately and in full, regardless of the credit subsequently applied to the cruise.
Purchases using GHA DISCOVERY Dollars, frequent flyer points, hotel loyalty points, reward certificates, complimentary stays, vouchers or any other non-monetary redemption methods do not qualify. Independently purchased arrangements and bookings made solely to redeem points or rewards are also excluded.
How Your Travel Credit Is Applied: Once qualifying travel arrangements have been purchased and paid for in full, the applicable Travel Credit will be applied directly against the outstanding balance of the eligible Regent Seven Seas Navigator cruise booking, up to a maximum of AU$400 per suite.
The Travel Credit is not a discount on the purchased flights, hotels, transfers or travel insurance and cannot be deducted from the purchase price of those arrangements.
The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or onboard credit, applied towards the initial cruise deposit, or transferred to another booking.
Redemption Deadline: All qualifying travel arrangements must be purchased and paid for in full through Carl Retschlag before the cruise final payment due date.
The Travel Credit will be applied against the outstanding cruise balance based on the total value of eligible purchases, up to AU$400 per suite. Any unused portion of the maximum AU$400 entitlement expires automatically at the cruise final payment deadline and cannot be refunded, transferred, carried forward or applied retrospectively.
Cancellations & Amendments: If the cruise booking is cancelled, transferred, downgraded, repriced or otherwise becomes ineligible, the Travel Credit may be forfeited. Any refund of the cruise fare will be calculated after accounting for the Travel Credit already applied, in accordance with applicable cruise cancellation conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
Qualifying flights, hotels, transfers and travel insurance purchased to obtain the Travel Credit are separate transactions and remain subject to their respective supplier booking, cancellation and amendment conditions. Refundability depends on the applicable supplier conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation or amendment of qualifying travel arrangements may also affect eligibility for the Travel Credit.
Back-to-Back Voyages: Separate credits may apply to consecutive eligible voyages. Combined credits may be earned through qualifying travel purchases, subject to confirmation and applicable redemption deadlines. The maximum credit for each eligible voyage remains AU$400 per suite, and each credit must be applied against the outstanding balance of an eligible cruise booking.
Independent Promotion: The Pre-Cruise Travel Credit is independently provided and funded by Carl Retschlag, Personal Travel Manager and CLIA Cruise Ambassador, and is not sponsored, funded or administered by Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd or TravelManagers Australia.
GHA DISCOVERY Benefits: Any GHA DISCOVERY hotel rewards, DISCOVERY Dollars, membership upgrades or associated privileges advertised in connection with Regent Seven Seas Cruises are separate promotions offered through Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ partnership with GHA DISCOVERY.
These benefits are not provided, funded, guaranteed or administered by Carl Retschlag and do not form part of the Pre-Cruise Travel Credit promotion.
Eligibility is subject to the specific membership requirements, promotional conditions and applicable terms and conditions of GHA DISCOVERY and Regent Seven Seas Cruises at the time of booking.
GHA DISCOVERY Membership Number – Mandatory Deadline: To qualify for any applicable GHA DISCOVERY benefits, guests must provide their valid GHA DISCOVERY membership number to Carl Retschlag in sufficient time for it to be recorded with Regent Seven Seas Cruises reservations before the final payment due date specified on their cruise invoice.
Membership details provided after this deadline may not qualify for the advertised GHA DISCOVERY benefits or retrospective application, subject to the programme’s official conditions.
Benefits, including any advertised DISCOVERY Dollars, are subject to availability, eligibility verification and promotional restrictions and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. No GHA DISCOVERY benefit is guaranteed unless separately confirmed by the relevant programme provider.
