Receive a complimentary gift when booking the featured Regent Seven Seas Cruises voyage advertised in this promotion through Carl Retschlag.

The value of the complimentary gift varies according to the suite category booked and occupied. All gift values shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Gift Values Per Suite

• Navigator Suite & Above Up to AU$1,000 per suite
• Penthouse & Concierge Suites Up to AU$500 per suite
• Deluxe Veranda & Deluxe Window Suites Up to AU$250 per suite

The offer applies per suite, not per person. Guests travelling solo and paying 200% of the applicable twin-share cruise fare remain eligible for the full gift value applicable to their suite category.

The complimentary gift has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, transferred, exchanged or credited after travel has commenced.

Guests may elect to use the gift towards flights, hotels, transfers, travel insurance or other eligible travel arrangements booked through Carl Retschlag. A personalised quote will be provided prior to confirming any such arrangements.

Alternatively, Australian resident guests may elect to receive the gift in the form of a Visa Gift Card issued in Australian Dollars (AUD). This option is available exclusively to Australian residents and is not available to guests residing outside Australia. Visa Gift Cards will be issued by email following completion of the cruise and return from travel.

Where the gift is used towards flights, hotels, transfers, travel insurance or other travel arrangements prior to departure, the value of the gift is deemed fully utilised once those services have been confirmed and booked.

Should the cruise booking be cancelled, repriced, transferred, downgraded, partially cancelled, converted to a non-commissionable fare, become ineligible for this promotion for any reason, or otherwise fail to travel as originally booked, the complimentary gift will be forfeited in full. Any flights, hotels, transfers, travel insurance or other travel arrangements purchased using the gift remain subject to the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions and may attract cancellation fees.

This offer is available for new bookings only and must be requested at the time of booking. The offer cannot be added retrospectively after a booking has been confirmed.

The offer is not valid on interline rates, travel industry rates, employee rates, net fares, non-commissionable fares, casino rates, heavily discounted promotional fares, Future Cruise Credits where commission is not payable, or any other fare type deemed ineligible by Carl Retschlag.

This promotion is offered exclusively by Carl Retschlag and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or funded by Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd, TravelManagers Australia or any other third party unless expressly stated.

Guests booking consecutive back-to-back voyages may qualify for a separate complimentary gift for each eligible voyage booked. Where the gift is used towards flights, hotels, transfers or travel insurance, the value of multiple eligible gifts may be combined. Where Visa Gift Cards are selected, a separate Visa Gift Card will be issued following completion of each eligible voyage.

All advertised itineraries, ports of call, overnight stays, onboard experiences, ship enhancements, refurbishment programmes, dry dock schedules and inclusions are subject to change, delay, cancellation or substitution without notice. Deposits may attract cancellation fees from the time payment is made and may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the fare selected, suite category booked and the supplier’s booking conditions.

All cruise fares are per person in Australian Dollars (AUD), based on twin-share accommodation unless otherwise stated, and include applicable port charges, government fees and taxes (subject to change).

Availability is limited. Suite categories may sell out, become waitlisted or be withdrawn from sale without notice.

This promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended by Carl Retschlag at any time without notice unless a booking has already been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.

All bookings remain subject to Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Guest Ticket Contract together with the booking conditions of TravelManagers Australia.
