The promotion is available for twin-share bookings accommodating two paying guests in an eligible suite. Both guests must be booked under the same eligible cruise reservation and meet the applicable promotional conditions.

The complimentary package applies to the first and second guests sharing the eligible suite. It is not available for triple-share or quad-share bookings, and third or fourth guests are not eligible for complimentary benefits.

Solo travellers: A guest booking an eligible suite for sole occupancy and paying 200% of the applicable twin-share cruise fare qualifies for the complimentary package for one person only, subject to promotional availability and all other conditions.

Solo travellers paying a reduced single supplement, discounted sole-occupancy fare or any amount below 200% of the applicable twin-share cruise fare are not eligible for this promotion.

Complimentary accommodation for two eligible guests is based on one Standard Room accommodating both guests. Qualifying solo travellers receive one Standard Room for sole occupancy.

Complimentary flights are provided in Economy Class, subject to airline availability, applicable fare conditions, reasonable routing and the promotional airfare allocation.

The included flight arrangements comprise:

• Outbound: From an Australian capital city to Nadi International Airport, Fiji, before the commencement of the complimentary three-night resort stay.
• Return: From Darwin, Australia, to the same nominated Australian capital city following completion of the Seabourn voyage.

Flights may involve connections, transit stops, different airlines or indirect routing. Nonstop flights are not guaranteed.

Airlines, schedules, flight times, transit arrangements and applicable baggage allowances will be confirmed when the complimentary air arrangements are made.

Specific airlines, aircraft types, routes, seating arrangements and departure times cannot be guaranteed.

Flight dates will be arranged to accommodate the included three-night pre-cruise stay and the scheduled cruise embarkation and disembarkation dates, subject to airline schedules and availability.

Requests for alternative departure cities, additional stopovers, extended stays, preferred airlines, specific flight times or upgraded travel classes may incur additional charges.

Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class upgrades may be available at additional cost, subject to availability.

The complimentary accommodation includes three consecutive nights at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay, Fiji, before embarkation aboard Seabourn Pursuit.

Accommodation is based on a Standard Room, with daily breakfast included for eligible guests.

The promotion does not include an upgraded room category, ocean-view room, lagoon-view room, overwater bure, suite or other premium accommodation unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Room configuration, bedding preferences, views, location within the resort and specific room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel substitution: Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay is the nominated property for this promotion. However, accommodation remains subject to availability. Carl Retschlag reserves the right to substitute the advertised hotel with another property of a similar standard if the nominated resort is unavailable or operational circumstances require a change.

Any substitute accommodation will include three nights in a standard room with daily breakfast, subject to the applicable accommodation arrangements.

The complimentary accommodation includes the room and daily breakfast only. Lunches, dinners, alcoholic beverages, spa treatments, resort activities, minibar purchases, room service, laundry, telephone charges and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly stated.

Additional nights, room upgrades, late check-out, early check-in and other special arrangements are not included and may incur additional charges.

Any compulsory local charges or taxes not included in the confirmed accommodation arrangements remain the responsibility of the traveller, subject to applicable law.

The complimentary package includes the following two transfers:

• Arrival transfer: Nadi International Airport to Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay, or the designated alternative pre-cruise hotel.
• Embarkation transfer: Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay, or the designated alternative pre-cruise hotel, to the nominated Seabourn cruise passenger embarkation point at Lautoka Cruise Terminal.

Transfers may operate on a private or shared basis, as determined by the arrangements confirmed for the booking.

Vehicle type, transfer operator, collection times and meeting arrangements will be advised before travel.

Transfer arrangements are subject to local traffic, road conditions, operational requirements and cruise terminal access restrictions.

Where the cruise operator designates an alternative embarkation location or passenger drop-off point, transfer arrangements may be adjusted accordingly.

Transfers not specifically listed above, including additional sightseeing transfers, resort excursions and transfers required for independently arranged travel, are excluded.

This promotion applies to new eligible cruise bookings only and must be requested when the original Seabourn reservation is made. It cannot be added retrospectively to an existing booking.

The complimentary package is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, onboard credit or a reduction in the cruise fare.

No refund or credit is provided for voluntarily unused complimentary components, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

If a booking is cancelled, transferred, repriced, downgraded, partially cancelled or otherwise becomes ineligible, the complimentary package may be withdrawn or forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Changes to passenger names, flights, accommodation or cruise arrangements may incur supplier charges. Confirmed arrangements remain subject to the relevant supplier’s amendment and cancellation conditions.

If a complimentary flight, hotel or transfer arrangement has already been confirmed or ticketed, subsequent changes or cancellations may result in additional costs or forfeiture of the relevant arrangements, subject to applicable supplier conditions and law.

Booking amendments: TravelManagers cannot accept or process booking changes within 14 business days of departure.

Booking cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. TravelManagers will provide written advice of applicable cancellation fees and the estimated refund.

The client must then provide written acceptance of the advised cancellation fees and written authorisation to proceed with cancellation.

A minimum of 7 business days is required to process cancellations, commencing only upon receipt of the client’s written acceptance and authorisation, not from the initial cancellation enquiry.

Cancellation instructions received within 7 business days of departure may not be processed before departure and could result in a no-show and forfeiture of the booking cost.
