The journey begins with a tailored phone conversation about your travel plans.

During this consultation, we will discuss your preferred travel dates your must-see destinations, and bucket list experiences.

And then together we will create a travel plan to reflect all this.

Following our discussion, I will curate an option designed just for you, along with all the  essential details you will need such as visas etc.

My  “Plan to Go” consultation package is $250.

This includes my research, tailored recommendations, and expert guidance to ensure your holiday is everything you would like it to be and more.

It’s important to note that booking fees are necessary for certain travel components. These fees cover the intricate management of your bookings and  24/7 emergency assistance—a lifeline during unexpected disruptions like flight cancellations or schedule changes.

Your journey is more than a mere trip—it’s a personally crafted experience.

What happens if we Book and need to cancel?

If you book and cannot go ahead with the planned holiday, the following cancellation fees would apply:

  •  TravelManagers  $250 Plan to Go Consultation Fee – This is non-refundable at all times.
  • Commissions are non-refundable
  • 3rd Party cancellation Fees – The cancellation fees will depend on the time of cancellation, and the reason eg if the hotel is closed versus if you cannot travel.

It is strongly recommended to have travel insurance in place as soon as possible to cover for cancellation.

If you are ready to start planning please;

  1. Complete your Client Profile Form  (I will need one for each person travelling)
  2. Advise via email Full Passport names and Dates of Birth ( I will require passport copies at some point)
  3. Advise any Airline Frequent Flyer memberships you have and if you wish to earn or use points.

Once this is received,  I’ll  forward your Plan to Go invoice, and we can lock in a time to get started on creating your holiday!

Travel Insurance Waiver Form

During holiday planning, we will discuss Travel Insurance. This form confirms that you have been advised about the importance of travel insurance and do not wish to proceed with a policy through TravelManagers, understanding the risks. It also confirms you understand that fees apply if TravelManagers is requested to supply information, paperwork and/or invoices to your chosen Insurance provider. Fill out the form here.

TravelManagers Privacy Policy

In providing us with your personal information you are agreeing that our Privacy Policy will apply to how we handle your personal information and you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information.

Your personal travel manager
