    About Me

    Hi and welcome to my website. Here you will find details about me, some of the wonderful places I have discovered and travelled to and what I can offer you as a PTM – Personal Travel Manager.

    Being a part of  TravelManagers Australia has allowed me the opportunity to provide excellent service, enjoy great buying power as well as the backing of a large professional company, ensuring my clients are looked after in every way possible.

    Prior to joining TravelManagers, I gained a wealth of product knowledge and customer service experience  from my previous employment in very well known Travel Operations  company which provided me with training from a junior level to a senior level covering all areas of our wonderful world.

    The life experiences and knowledge gained placed me in a good stead, with enthusiasm to burn, to be the best travel agent I could be. I would love to assist you in any travel arrangements you may require, and have most probably visited the destination you are planning on.

    As a PTM  I think it is most important to be up to date with the changes which occur with airlines, consulates and land suppliers.

    My motto is – “Getting to know you and your preferences and then designing holidays uniquely for you and I always strive to obtain the best possible deal but still having the security and knowledge that the arrangements made can be altered or changed should an emergency happen like an airline strike or if Mother Nature decides to throw a volcano eruption or earthquake in the mix!

    Being a PTM allows me to provide my clients with a much higher standard of customer service. I am able to work on a holiday and give my undivided attention to planning for my clients without being interrupted or distracted.

    Destinations I'm Passionate About

    Europe – In particular Italy and France as I have lived  there. During my time there I travelled to many parts of Italy and know it very well. I can recommend a lot of great places to see, dine and things to watch out for.

    USA – I have taken many trips right across the USA and travelled to many cities numerous times. I also have a lot of first hand knowledge  on fantastic shopping, sightseeing and a wide variety of diverse cities to explore.

    Asia – I have travelled extensively throughout many vibrant and culturally diverse countries in Asia and continue to go back as I love this area for its relaxation & adventure, warm people, fantastic food and shopping!

    I am available to all of my clients outside normal business hours, which takes the stress out of having to go into a travel agency during work hours to receive a quotation, ask questions, or for any problems that may arise before or during your trip which you need urgent assistance with. I like to give my clients peace of mind while they are overseas that they can call or email my anytime day or night and I will action their enquiry and get back to them as soon as it is possible.
