About me

I have worked in various roles within the Travel Industry since 1988, ranging from specialist niche travel companies, wholesalers and retail travel agencies both in Australia and the UK.

I  work closely with my clients to ensure each aspect of your journey is memorable for all the right reasons. I understand that not everybody can make it to their local travel agent so I am happy to work around your busy lifestyle to help plan your getaway at a convenient time that suits you.

I manage the booking process from start to finish and am available 24/7 whilst you are travelling to help in the event of an emergency.

I live on the outskirts of Sydney surrounded by the bush with my husband and 2 kids who’ve grown up with my business,  I know what it takes to get a family out the door on a relaxing holiday, we have tested the waters and travelled with them as toddlers and now they really get excited about being involved in the planning process too.     I love getting families #BeyondtheResort to experience the culture and full immersion of whatever destination they’re travelling to.

When I’m not busy designing itineraries I spend my time exploring new and exciting travel destinations and delving into the nitty gritty of WHY you should visit a particular country.  Rather than selling cookie-cutter itineraries straight from a suppliers brochure, I enjoy finding unique experiences and adding a personal touch to each itinerary once I’ve met with my clients in person and understand what you’d like to get out of your time away.

I am also an active member of the NSW RFS which keeps me busy during the fire season, and being completely mobile affords me the flexibility to work around my RFS shifts and other family commitments.

Where I've Travelled

I have travelled extensively through South East Asia, the Pacific Islands, Australia and Europe and have left parts of my soul in every African country from Ghana to South Africa.

Trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal was a huge accomplishment as was immersing myself in the Nepalese culture for a month.

• Pacific Islands – Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia
• SE Asia –  Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Borneo, Vietnam
• Nepal – trekked to Everest Base Camp
• Africa – from Ghana to South Africa and all countries in between either in the back of an overland truck or 5 star luxury safari
• UK & Ireland – I lived and worked in London and travelled extensively throughout the United Kingdom & Ireland.
• Europe  – I have travelled far and wide within Western Europe
