From 01 June 2022, an advisory and management fee of $250 (incl. GST) per booking will be invoiced in addition to all other service fees listed below.
My advisory and management fee covers my time in the lead up to and whilst you’re travelling (where I will be available to you on a 24/7 basis in an emergency), it is a small price to pay for your peace of mind. This is non-refundable and invoiced at time of quoting in addition to any quoted prices and other ticketing/management fees listed below:-

Cancellation fees: If cancelling for any reason, in addition to supplier* charges advised at time of booking, all commissions, deposits, booking and service fees are non-refundable

The travel management fee listed above will be applied using discretion and in consideration of each client’s circumstances.
We reserve the right to pass on any other ad-hoc fees as charged by airlines or suppliers.
*Supplier refers to airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements.
Any fees from airlines & suppliers including amendment fees, cancellation fees or fare increases are additional to the above.
