SERVICE FEES

As with many professions, TravelManagers operates in a service fee environment.
The fees outlined below are a guide only. Please note that fees are not limited to the below.

These fees do not include GST or supplier-imposed fees and are per person.

TRAVEL MANAGEMENT FEE

  • $150 per person (max $300 per family)

CRUISE BOOKING MANAGEMENT

  • $50 per cabin (max $200 per family)

FLIGHT SERVICE FEES

  • Domestic / Trans Tasman – $20.00
  • International – $40.00 per sector, capped at $200
  • Oversees originating travel – $100.00

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS

  • Domestic changes (no airline fees imposed) – Free
  • Domestic Ticket Reissue – $20.00
  • International before Tickets issued – Free
  • International Ticket Reissue – $40.00 per sector

CANCELLATION OF FLIGHTS

  • Flights to be kept in 12 month credit – Free
  • Domestic Refund Fee – $30
  • International Refund Fee – $50

CANCELLATION OF LAND

  • Cruise, tour, accommodation etc. – $100

FREQUENT FLYER BOOKING

  • Domestic – $20
  • International – $50

VISA PROCESSING

  • Application – $50

AFTERHOURS

  • Per call, in addition to Service fee – $50

 

The travel management fees listed above will be applied using discretion and in consideration of each client’s circumstances.

The listed fees DO NOT include the airlines & wholesalers’ cancellation or change fee.  Fees will apply whether changes or cancellations have been voluntary or involuntary.   Refer to TravelManagers Terms and Conditions for more details – Commission & booking fees charged are non-refundable.
