Competition – Game of Skill – Spotlight on Hawaii Competition

TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd – July 2025

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 35 113 085 626) of Level 12, 280 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (Promoter).
3. Where TravelManagers Australia conducts a game of chance competitions, the winners are based on random selection.
4. TravelManagers Australia is authorised to conduct this trade promotion lottery under each state / territory in Australia. This is a Game of Skill and therefore, permits are not required.
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
6. Promotion timing:
   Start: Friday 11 July 2025
   Closes Friday 8 August 2025
   Runs for 4 weeks
   Draw. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 13 August 2025, at Level 12, 280 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills.
   Announcement. Only the winner will be notified by phone call or email via their personal travel manager or a TravelManagers Australia staff member and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.

   How to enter:
   Fill out the competition form with your details.
   Answer the questions provided.
   Tell us in 25 words or less “What is the one thing you want to do most on your trip to Hawaii and why?
8. One entry per person.
9. Judging criteria: The person with the most creative and unique answer will be chosen as the winner.
10. There will be one winner in total.
11. Prize details: The winner will receive a three-night stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber and two tickets to Cirque du Soleil Honolulu.

    Shows run from Wednesday through to Sunday
12. Total prize value is (AU) $1,766.
13. Redeeming the prize: Your PTM will liaise with you to redeem the prize.
14. Prizes cannot be sent to a Post Office Box, the winner must have an email address.
15. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
18. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
19. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
21. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
22. Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some events have age restrictions, and these must also be adhered to.
23. These Terms and Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
