I was living in the UK when all the drama hit with COVID-19 and Australia had announced that it was closing boarders for non-citizens and recommending all citizens to get back asap. Naturally, I was panicking, I messaged Kerrin straight away and she managed to book me the last seat on the first flight available, going home in four days. With everything that was happening I needed to get home sooner so she suggested I get to the airport the following morning and she’d organise for me to go on the wait list for an earlier flight. Thankfully it worked and I was on my way home two hours after arriving at the airport.
Kerrin really was a life saver. It all happened so quickly and she arranged everything with no hassle even with the time difference. She was extremely helpful and easy to contact, I was even calling her from the flight desk when they were having trouble with my booking and she sorted it out in five minutes. I cannot thank her enough, it was an exceptionally stressful time and I knew she was just as invested in getting me home as my mother was (who she was also keeping in contact with). I cannot recommend her enough she really goes above and beyond for her clients.”
