Terms & Conditions – Carl Retschlag Exclusive Perth Hotel & Airfare Offer (Oceania Cruises)

Carl Retschlag’s exclusive offer allows Guests 1 and 2 to add a luxury Perth or Auckland package when booking this advertised Oceania Riviera voyage. This package is available only when booking this advertised cruise and is not available separately.

Package includes either:

• 3-night pre-cruise stay at the InterContinental Perth with breakfast included plus one-way economy airfare to Perth from any Australian capital city
OR
• 3-night post-cruise stay at Horizon by SkyCity Auckland with breakfast included plus one-way economy airfare from Auckland to any Australian capital city

Guests may select either the Perth pre-cruise package or the Auckland post-cruise package, not both.

These offers are available for new bookings only and must be added at the time of cruise booking. Offers cannot be added after booking confirmation. Third and fourth guests sharing the cabin are not eligible. Single occupancy bookings charged at 200% of the twin-share fare are eligible.

Airfare, hotel and tour details will be advised at the time of booking. Hotel accommodation is based on one room for Guests 1 and 2. Preferred airlines, additional hotel nights, upgraded hotels, alternative flights, Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class upgrades, additional transfers, and tour upgrades may be available for an additional surcharge.

Advertised cruise fares are based on Oceania Cruises fares unless otherwise stated. Oceania Cruises “Your World Included” benefits apply where offered by the cruise line and remain subject to the cruise line’s terms and conditions.

Guests may choose either the Beverage Package (Wine & Beer by the Glass during lunch and dinner restaurant hours) or the Shore Excursion Credit package where applicable. Both guests in the same cabin must select the same option. Promotional inclusions may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Guests may also receive 10% off Covermore travel insurance when the policy is purchased within 7 days of confirming the cruise booking. Insurance conditions, eligibility criteria and Covermore policy terms apply.

All deposits are non-refundable. Changes to a confirmed booking, including fare type, cabin category, guest numbers or promotional offers, may require the original booking to be cancelled and rebooked at the prevailing fare and availability, which may result in the loss of deposit and promotional eligibility.
