    Day 1

    Atlanta, USA

    Welcome to Atlanta! Your Tour Director is available from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to answer any questions.

    Day 2

    Atlanta - Tupelo - Memphis, USA

    Following an orientation tour of Atlanta, travel to Tupelo, Mississippi, the birthplace of Elvis Presley. See the modest two-room house where the future King of Rock ‘n’ Roll was born on January 8, 1935, and the Tupelo Hardware Company store where his mother purchased his first guitar. Continue to Memphis with a late afternoon arrival.

    Day 3

    Memphis, USA

    This morning, enjoy an orientation tour of Memphis, known as the “Home of the Blues” and the “Birthplace of Rock ‘n Roll.” The remainder of the day is free. Perhaps visit the National Civil Rights Museum, which chronicles the history of the American civil rights movement and is located at the former Lorraine Motel, site of Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination. This evening, consider an optional excursion to legendary Sun Studio, where artists like Elvis Presley, B.B. King, Johnny Cash, and many others got their start, followed by dinner. Later, perhaps visit iconic Beale Street and enjoy live music at one of the many clubs and venues.

    Day 4

    Memphis, USA

    Today, visit Graceland, the legendary estate Elvis Presley called home for more than 20 years. Explore the mansion on your self-guided audio tour where you’ll see personal memorabilia, treasured keepsakes, and some of Elvis’ most iconic stage costumes. Step aboard his custom jets, view a collection of his favourite automobiles, and visit the Meditation Garden, where Elvis Presley and other members of his family, including his only child, Lisa Marie, are laid to rest.
    This evening is at leisure. Perhaps sample some authentic Memphis barbecue, a regional style known for its dry rub and slow-smoked pork and ribs.

    Day 5

    Memphis - Brownsville - Nashville, USA

    Depart Memphis and travel to Brownsville, Tennessee to visit the Tina Turner Museum, located inside the one-room schoolhouse once attended by a young Anna Mae Bullock, later known around the world as Tina Turner. Explore exhibits featuring costumes, gold records, photographs, and memorabilia celebrating the life and career of the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll”. Continue to Nashville, “Music City U.S.A.”, where countless country stars – including Dolly Parton – launched their careers. Upon arrival, enjoy an orientation tour featuring Centennial Park and its full-scale replica of the Parthenon, Music Row, the heart of Nashville’s recording industry, and a stop to see a vibrant mural honoring Dolly Parton.

    Day 6

    Nashville, USA

    Enjoy a day at leisure to explore the heart of country music. Perhaps join an optional excursion to historic RCA Studio B, where classics such as Elvis Presley’s “Are You Lonesome Tonight?” and Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You” were recorded. You’ll also visit the Country Music Hall of Fame, home to an extensive collection of instruments, stage costumes, memorabilia, and Elvis Presley’s famous “Solid Gold” Cadillac. Or visit the Johnny Cash Museum, the historic Ryman Auditorium, or the National Museum of African American Music. This evening, consider joining an optional excursion to the legendary Grand Ole Opry, the world-famous country music venue that has showcased generations of performers since 1925.

    Day 7

    Nashville - Louisville, USA

    Travel north to Louisville, Kentucky situated on the banks of the Ohio River. Best known as the home of the Kentucky Derby, Louisville is also the birthplace of boxing legend Muhammad Ali, the home of Louisville Slugger baseball bats, and the centre of Kentucky’s celebrated bourbon heritage. Upon arrival, enjoy an orientation tour before having free time to explore on your own. This evening, perhaps visit Fourth Street Live!, the city’s popular dining and entertainment district, or stroll along historic Main Street, recognized as one of America’s most notable historic downtown streets.

    Day 8

    Louisville, USA

    This morning, consider an optional excursion to world-famous Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, the longest continuously held sporting event in the United States. Watch thoroughbreds during their morning workouts, enjoy a guided visit to the historic racetrack, and explore the Kentucky Derby Museum, where exhibits celebrate the traditions, history, and legends of this iconic event. The remainder of the day is free to discover Louisville’s many attractions. Perhaps visit the Muhammad Ali Center, the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, or sample some of Kentucky’s signature bourbon at one of the distilleries and tasting rooms along Whiskey Row.

    Day 9

    Louisville - Pigeon Forge, USA

    Depart Louisville and travel to Corbin, Kentucky, for a visit to the Colonel Harland Sanders Café & Museum. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this original restaurant tells the story of how Kentucky Fried Chicken grew from a roadside café into a global brand. Continue on to Sevierville, Tennessee, the hometown of Dolly Parton. Stop at the Sevier County Courthouse to see the bronze statue honoring one of country music’s most beloved performers. Then travel to nearby Pigeon Forge, a popular resort town nestled in the foothills of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Settle in for a two-night stay and enjoy a free evening to begin exploring the area.

    Day 10

    Pigeon Forge, USA

    Begin the day with a scenic drive through Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most visited national park in the United States. Then enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in Pigeon Forge. Browse the shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown or take a relaxing stroll along the Riverwalk along the Little Pigeon River. For additional excitement, consider an optional excursion to Dollywood, Dolly Parton’s award-winning theme park, featuring more than 50 rides, attractions, and live entertainment.

    Day 11

    Pigeon Forge - Chattanooga, USA

    Travel to Atlanta with a stop in Chattanooga to visit the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, the train made famous by the classic song of the same name. Continue to Atlanta and transfer to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where your vacation comes to an end. Please schedule departing flights for after 6:00 p.m.
