    Day 1

    Victoria Falls

On arrival in Victoria Falls, you will be transferred to Waterfalls Lodge. This newly completed lodge is in Victoria Falls Town. Enjoy sundowners at the lodge bar or pool before you are picked up for dinner at the Dusty Road experience to start your holiday with local cuisine and entertainment. Dusty Road Township Experience Restaurant offers a vibrant and authentic introduction to local life in Chinotimba, the largest and oldest township in Victoria Falls, just 2 kilometres from the city centre. Set within a welcoming family home, the experience is rich with character, from local vendors and colourful recycled artwork to the aroma of traditional Zimbabwean dishes prepared over open fires and in cast iron pots. The atmosphere is cheerful, soulful and full of personality, creating a dining experience that feels both genuine and memorable. At its heart, Dusty Road is deeply rooted in purpose, with a strong focus on women’s welfare, female empowerment and celebrating Zimbabwean culture. Through Sarah’s vision, the restaurant does more than serve delicious home-cooked food, it helps create meaningful human connection and supports improved livelihoods for families within the Chinotimba community.

    Day 2

    Victoria Falls

Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast you will be transferred to Victoria Falls Rainforest to join a guided walking tour of the falls. Discover how Victoria Falls formed and hear about local customs and traditions surrounding the most incredible waterfalls in Africa. There is an opportunity to visit markets offering arts and crafts created by local artisans. You’ll then go to the Lookout Café for lunch overlooking the gorge and watch adrenalin seekers taking flight on the gorge swing and zipline. In the afternoon, enjoy some rest by the pool, or add in a helicopter tour to see the power of the falls from above (additional cost). You’ll then be picked up for your dinner cruise. A Zambezi Sunset Dinner Cruise is a relaxed and memorable way to experience one of Africa’s most iconic waterways. As the sun sets over the river, golden light reflects across the water while you drift past small islands, riverbanks and wildlife that often includes hippos, crocodiles and a variety of birdlife. The atmosphere is peaceful and scenic, creating the perfect setting to unwind with drinks and dinner served on board. With the sounds of the river around you and the changing colours of the sky overhead, this is a beautiful and atmospheric experience that captures the magic of Victoria Falls from a different perspective.

    Day 3

Victoria Falls - Chobe National Park - Victoria Falls

Today, you will be up early to visit Chobe National Park, where you will join a safari drive, watching for the many elephants that reside here. You’ll then take a leisurely cruise along the Chobe River while watching the wildlife come down to drink before returning to the lodge for the evening.

    Day 4

Victoria Falls - Cape Town, South Africa

Enjoy breakfast before transferring to the Victoria Falls Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival a private transfer will take you to the V&A Waterfront and your accommodation at the AC Mariott Waterfront, which will be your base for the next four nights. You will have an evening at leisure and can enjoy a glass of South African wine at one of the V&A bars, try the tasting menu at one of the many restaurants or stroll the marina looking for seals returning to the waterfront for the night.

    Day 5

    Cape Town - Table Mountain

This morning, you’ll take a tour of the city, which begins with a trip to the top of Table Mountain via cable car (weather dependent). You’ll then explore the Malay Quarter and Company Gardens, visit the Castle of Good Hope and the Diamond Works and travel to the Milnerton area, the perfect place to photograph Table Mountain. The afternoon is at leisure, and you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the vibrant V&A Waterfront, visit the local artisans in the Watershed or take the afternoon ferry to visit Robben Island, infamously known for imprisoning civil rights activist and South African President, Nelson Mandela.

    Day 6

Cape Town - Cape Peninsula - Cape Town, South Africa

Today’s full-day excursion takes you to the southwestern tip of the Cape Peninsula, offering some of the most spectacular views in the world. The scenic drive travels along the Atlantic coast, passing through the cosmopolitan suburbs to Hout Bay, one of Cape Town’s best-kept secrets. Here, there is an optional short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape fur seals. From Hout Bay, you will travel to Cape Point, a breathtaking rocky promontory. You’ll return via Cape Point Town to visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach and explore Fish Hoek fishing village.

    Day 7

Cape Town - Winelands - Cape Town

After a hearty breakfast, you will be picked up for a full day of wine tasting among the beautiful vines of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. These scenic valleys house some of the country’s best wine estates, which produce classic French-style wines, including cabernet sauvignon, merlot and Chenin blanc and the region’s own Pinotage. You will have the opportunity to have a cellar tour and wine tastings at three vineyards, with a stop for lunch in Franschhoek.

    Day 8

Cape Town - Hoedspruit (Greater Kruger National Park), South Africa

This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hoedspruit. You will then be transferred to Kapama Buffalo Camp, a luxury tented camp in a private conservancy bordering the Kruger National Park. In the afternoon you’ll take your first game drive in the reserve.

    Day 9

Kapama Private Game Reserve, South Africa

Today you’ll be up early for a morning game drive. The Kapama Reserve is home to over 140 mammal species, including the prized ‘Big Five’, which includes the critically endangered white rhino. Birding enthusiasts will be delighted at the hundreds of species of birds recorded on the property. Return to the lodge for breakfast and free time, before lunch and your afternoon adventure. Late afternoon you’ll head out on another game drive, seeking some of the nocturnal animals that begin to awake from their afternoon slumber.

    Day 10

Kapama Private Game Reserve, South Africa

A day on safari at Kapama Private Game Reserve is shaped by the rhythm of the bush. Early mornings begin with a game drive as the wildlife starts to stir and the light is ideal for spotting animals in the reserve. After returning to the lodge for breakfast and time to relax, the middle of the day is yours to enjoy the lodge facilities, take in the surrounding views, or unwind before the afternoon unfolds. Later, head out again on an afternoon game drive, often continuing into the early evening, when the bush takes on a different energy and another side of safari life comes to life.

    Day 11

Kapama Private Game Reserve, South Africa

On your final day at Kapama Private Game Reserve, you’ll experience game drives in the morning and afternoon. You will also have the chance to join a walking safari, where a skilled ranger will share knowledge of the medicinal plants, insects, birdlife and the traditional ways of the land. Alternatively, you can relax and indulge in the luxury of the lodge or spend some downtime in the lodge’s award-winning spa.

    Day 12

Kapama Private Game Reserve - Hoedspruit, South Africa

Bid farewell to the Kapama and transfer to Hoedspruit Airport for your onward arrangements.
