Deposit: 25% of total cost due by 01 November 2025 (non-refundable). Final payment: 75% of total cost due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: more than 90 days before arrival: 25% of total cost, 89–60 days before arrival: 50% of total cost. 59–30 days before arrival: 70% of total cost and less than 29 days before arrival: 100% of total cost. Not included: Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, personal equipment, personal expenses, meals not specified. This is a fixed small group.
