In the morning, make your own way to Hai Scout Cafe to join your cooking class.
Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. Have the opportunity to interact with the local vendors and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
Board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, you’ll explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dished. The cooking lesson runs for approximatively 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef before preparing the same dish yourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).

Morning at your leisure, check out from your hotel and transfer to airport for a short flight to Cam Ranh. Meet and greet, transfer to Ninh Van by minivan. Upon arrival at the pier, transfer by speed boat to Ninh Van Bay.
