We are pleased to have been able to bring our clients and their loved ones home over the past weeks as governments across the globe enforce measures to flatten the curve of coronavirus.
If you have already contacted your personal travel manager but haven’t yet heard back, please know that they will respond. As we’re sure you can understand, these are unprecedented times and they have received a significant increase in enquiries for changes and cancellations. This means they are having to prioritise their responses and contact with clients based on your planned date of departure.
Our national partnership office at TravelManagers Australia continues to keep our network updated on the latest advices and are liaising with our partner suppliers to find the best solution for our customers, including incentives, to change your plans as opposed to cancelling them.

If you have not heard from your personal travel manager and your planned travel is within the next 48 hours,please call them
If your planned travel dates are outside of the next 48 hours, please email your personal travel manager with your departure date in the subject line. They will respond as soon as possible
If your planned travel dates are after 30 June 2020, we appreciate that you may be concerned about what the current travel advisories might mean for your plans, and recommend that you wait until closer to your time of travel before making changes. However, if you do wish to discuss your plans please email your personal travel manager. They will respond as soon as possible to your enquiry.
