If you’re looking to get away for your big day, then a destination wedding is something to consider. With so many options out there, the task of choosing a location can be daunting . So, inspired by the rich and famous, we’ve put together a list of 7 of the best wedding destinations.

    Taormina, Sicily – Italy

This small, charming Sicilian hilltop town adds a classic touch of old-world charm to any nuptials. Say ‘I do’ overlooking two grand, sweeping bays and the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea. Taormina also boasts stunning views of Europe’s largest active volcano, Mount Etna, its snow-capped peaks best viewed through the crumbling ruins of the centuries-old Greek theatre.  Twisting and turning cobblestone streets lend the town its medieval air. Taormina is also home to its very own annual film festival, the longest-running in all of Italy.

    Aman-i-Khas Retreat, Rajasthan – India

For an unforgettable day with a bit of a difference, why not venture beyond the traditional beach setting of the destination wedding, and escape to the magic of this Indian national park reserve? It’s home to tigers, leopards, boars, hyenas, bears and crocodiles. Recite your vows a million miles away from the stresses of everyday life, taking in the landscape of the rugged bushland forest.

Enjoy the perfect blend of luxury and getting back to the basics for your wedding celebration at Aman-i-Khas.
